Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms with 4 beds accommodate up to 8 guests. Each room is set up for restful nights with comfortable beds, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets. Thoughtful touches like clothing storage, hangers, and an iron, along with a washer and dryer, make longer stays feel effortless.

This single level home - no stairs in home - includes a private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock. Free parking on premises and free street parking are available. Home safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, exterior security cameras on property, noise decibel monitors on property, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Pet-friendly (with pre-approval and fee applies) and long term stays allowed, the home offers a comfortable base within easy reach of Jacksonville’s highlights. About 15 minutes from JAX Airport and the Jacksonville Zoo, and roughly 20 minutes from downtown, you’ll be well connected while still enjoying the calm of a residential neighborhood.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home during their stay, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room with washer and dryer, and the screened-in patio and backyard with hot tub.



There are no shared spaces — everything inside the home is exclusively yours.



Self check-in makes arrival seamless and flexible. On-site parking is available, and the home is located on a quiet residential street for added peace of mind.

Popular destinations like the Jacksonville Zoo, shopping, dining, golf, and everyday essentials are all a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for guests who prefer not to drive.

After booking, guests must select one of the following options via our secure CJR Stays Guest App:



• $500 refundable security deposit

OR

• $22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.



Standard Pet Fees

• $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)

• $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)



Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)

• $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet

• $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets



Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 21+ years old.



Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only).



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes:

• Government-issued ID

• Selfie verification

• Signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal



Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

Mid-Stay Cleaning (Extended Stays)

• $200 refresh cleaning

Including light reset, trash removal, and fresh linens.
