Questa magnifica casa di 2940 piedi quadrati si trova in un prestigioso quartiere sul lago. Bello e lussuoso, offre una grande zona giorno a pianta aperta con una veranda adiacente climatizzata di 400 piedi quadrati con una parete interna in vetro intascabile progettata per portare all'esterno e all'interno. L'esterno della veranda è costruito con porte in vetro che possono essere aperte e impilate per facilitare un portico all'aperto. La veranda è arredata in modo confortevole con un divano in pelle e un grande tavolo e sedie da pranzo all'aperto. Ha anche una TV a parete, un grande schermo e lussuosi ventilatori a soffitto. 2 terrazze all'aperto fiancheggiano la veranda su entrambi i lati. Un patio ha un pozzo del fuoco a gas che è circondato da comode sedie all'aperto. L'altro patio ha una stazione grill coperta (griglia a carbone) e tavolo e sedie all'aperto. Sedie a gravità zero sono disponibili per prendere il sole.

La zona giorno a pianta aperta ha un camino, pavimenti in legno, illuminazione ad incasso, ventilatori a soffitto e un elegante lampadario. Dispone di una Smart TV da 55 "con audio surround. We were in town for my son's graduation. As such, we were looking for a place that could accommodate three families coming together so celebrate his achievement. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample sleeping quarters and the game room with the pool table and the sun room allowed everyone to spread out, but still remain connected to the happenings taking place in the living room and kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located which made shopping for meal prep (BBQ the second night in town and breakfast the morning of checkout) easy. We loved the property and would definitely book again.

The house was exactly like the pictures! The only thing that we didn’t like was that there were no TVs in any of the bedrooms. Other than that, loved it!

This was a great place for us to stay and spend time with family in the Jacksonville area. Plenty of space - indoors and outdoors - for everyone to feel comfortable and part of the party without being on top of one another! We have multiple generations together and we loved our time here. Would definitely book this VRBO again. Only downfalls of this location is that there are ready available beds for 12 people based on standard beds, but anyone over 2 people requires that you pay a per day rate to have them in the house. If you have places for 12 people in standard beds in the home, it's odd that you charge for anymore than 2 people - not a standard practice for the other VRBO's we've used. Additionally, instructions upon booking were that anytime we left the house we had to turn the thermostat to 77. It was a warmer week with mid-levels of humidity and coming home to a house that had been locked up for hours at 77 degrees was not comfortable, it was very stuffy. I can't imagine coming back to the house in 90 temps and high humidity. Just know that this is one of their policies. Doable, but again, not anything I've run across before. Overall, a great place to stay and very inviting with very communicative hosts connected to coming and leaving.

This house did not disappoint! Nice big bedrooms with comfy beds and the glass patio room was just beautiful. The property is clean and very well maintained and our host was very fast to respond. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and safe! We were in town to attend a wedding and I recommended this property to other wedding guests who were looking for a place to stay for future visits. You can not go wrong choosing the beautiful home for your stay!

Didn't realize until once we arrived. We had rented the property before nice location. But we found it the same as before, really needed a hard cleaning (cockroaches reported) The furniture was the same old poorly functioning as earlier. Overall, nice location, but really needs to update the furniture and a heavy cleaning. We would not book the property again and appreciate property management requirements to protect against bad guests some additional comments. 1st it is not a gated community and overboard requirements on who is staying or visiting (Name, car license information). A simple review of our previous bookings should serve as to validate whether we are abiding guests.

Was in town for the Thanksgiving and a family wedding, stayed at the house with our immediate family. The house was perfect with plenty of room and space. Really enjoyed the large sun room that is an extension of the large living space. Owner was very reponsive. I would highly recommend this location and would stay here again.

Came here with my brother, father, and a couple friends to watch the Packers take on the Jags.. This was the perfect spot for us as it was spacious had enough bathrooms and showers and it didn't take long to get to the neighborhoods in the city with the dining. The place was clean, had a pool table that we enjoyed and plenty of TVs for College and NFL football watching. Great for a boys weekend. Could also see my extended family staying here in the future with my kids as we were only 20 munites from downtown and 40 minutes to Jacksonville beach and St Augestine. We were able to visit all these places in one weekend. You would just need to rent a car.

Wow what a beautiful home. We enjoyed playing pool in the front room and cards within the back porch area. Everything was very nice and we enjoyed being in the center of the things we needed to do. I would recommend staying here - great for a family.

House - 4 out of 5 Cleanliness- 2 out of 5 (Especially in kitchen area. Cooking utensils and cookware need to be replaced. Found dirty dishes). Sunroom - 5 out of 5, as advertised. Didn't find directory or booklet listing local establishments, places of interest, etc. like you normally find in a vacation rental.

We visited family members in Jacksonville of which they have a beautiful homes as well but not as big as this one so we decided to book here. The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives but the other ones had to stay at the relatives home that lives in Jacksonville. I was also told that other guest can not have access to the property if 20.00 wasn’t received which kind of threw us off on family dinners that we planned. I reviewed the host policy only confusion after the 20.00 paid on each guest that was staying overnight was that the ones that was able to be on the property….by ready the policy I assume the other ones can be considered visitors before we made plans for dinner I contacted the host just to confirm can we have visitors she stated all guest had to pay. We had no problem with this BUT the issues driving back and forth to relative home. We really didn’t get a chance to enjoy this beautiful home because the days we were there we got up and went straight to family home and got back in late so mainly we booked just to sleep. Could’ve been better to at least had family visits. So we could’ve have more room for our lunchtime and dinner time.

12 of our family stayed, 8 adults and 4 under 18. The house was safe in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find, well stocked, clean, and spacious. The back room was so peaceful! The electricity went off in the neighborhood while there but this was no fault of the owner's, she was quick to respond and it wasn't off long. Grateful for a relaxing home to borrow for a few days! Plan to return again!

The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and can easily accommodate large families. Its location provides easy access to Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Booking, check in, and communication went very smoothly. Great stay with family.
