First Time at Jax Beach

This was our first trip to Jacksonville Beach, and it turned out absolutely fantastic. Staying at the Oceania Condominium was a big, big part of that. The condo we stayed in was on the 7th floor, and it was just as advertised…no surprises. Parking was easy, the building was very secure, and it was not super crowded at all. It was directly on the beach, and we had the pool (nice sized) almost completely to ourselves. The management company that we worked with had the unit looking really good upon check-in… they even thought to have sweet jazz music playing when we walked in. The condo was very tastefully decorated, very much in a Florida style. There were great restaurants throughout Jax Beach and none were all that crowded. All-in-all, this trip to Jacksonville Beach was a home run!!!

Beautiful Condo and Location

I cannot say enough about the condo and location. It was huge with all the necessities to cook and all appliances and facilities in good working order. Loved the beach chairs and towels to borrow as well as plenty of outdoor furniture to relax. Steps from the Tiki Bar at the Hampton to enjoy cocktails and live music and steps from the beach too. Covered parking was also much appreciated. No noise from surrounding neighbors. We had the best time!

Wedding week with family

Unit was spotless! Have everything we needed...pillows could be replaced stained pretty bad...otherwise perfectly well stocked with everything even tommy Bahamas beach chairs!.. hot tub was out of order..for the whole week. And pool was too cold to swim in.

The property is as beautiful as the photos. I thought the 7th floor might be an inconvenience but the views were spectacular and it didn’t bother us at all. Enjoyed using the gym and hot tub. So much to do close by

Beach Christmas

Property is very well maintained and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Outdoor furniture is very comfortable. We loved special touch of Christmas decorations, nice hand soap and brand new Christmas dishtowels.

Very clean and cute decor(love all the turtle decor). The balcony is very spacious with lots of furniture to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic week! Everything at the condo was what we expected or more than we expected. Even the need to meet Kevin for the keys to check in and dropping the keys off to leave, which other reviews mentioned as a problem, was super easy. We would 100% return, and am looking for availability even now!

Great Place to Stay on Jacksonville Beach

We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return to this property. The Condo itself was lovely and exceeded our expectations. The property is well maintained and very quiet. The beach out front is also very nice. There are some great restaurant options with some being within walking distance.

Incredible time, safe and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We felt it was very safe being completely gated but in a great location. Plenty of places within walking distance for great food and drinks, the outdoor hot tub was great even in December, and you obviously can’t beat the view and spacious the balcony and condo is! We would definitely stay again, I would say the only hinderance to that would be because it’s gated I don’t think we could get deliveries if we were feeling lazy. Checkin wise wasn’t overly complicated, but I felt bad having to pinpoint our arrival to meet for keys since we hit traffic etc. and I hate feeling like someone is waiting on me if I’m late. But overall it was a great experience!

Peaceful retreat while in treatment

We chose this building bs it was close to Mayo Clinic. The unit was very nice, with beautiful views, it was well equipped with just enough basics to make your stay comfortable; shows the owner had put love and attention to details. The administrator was very nice and very prompt in helping us find a way to get our regular mail. The only drawbacks for long stay renters that are receiving medical treatment and become weak are 1) not being able to find a way to ring deliveries or visitors in from the unit. 2) both bathrooms have tubs, no walking showers. BUT Would I stay here again- definitely yes! Loved the unit and how peaceful our stay was.
