Newly renovated townhouse 2 min walk to the beach. Seabreeze South is located steps from the white sand beach with all the essentials you need for an incredible getaway. It features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths + queen pullout couch—sleeps 6. Two living room spaces w/ electric fireplace, room to lounge even if the couch is pulled out. Each bedroom features a private balcony to enjoy the sunrise or evening drinks and ensuite bathrooms. This beach townhouse is perfect for your next vacation.

Note: this is a 3-story townhouse so you will need to be able to climb stairs.

The ground floor features:
- Access for one parking space (there's plenty of additional free parking just a few steps away in the beach access parking lot)
- A small patio area with seating for 3
- A charcoal grill
- Beach chairs (4)

The 2nd-floor features:
- The main living room includes a queen pull-out couch
- A smart TV (where you can log in to your fav streaming platforms)
- A separate reading/coffee area with a large couch and two chairs
- Kitchen with barstools (3) along with all the essentials (see list of provided supplies/appliances below)
- Dining room table with 4 chairs
- Electric fireplace with seating
- Half bathroom
- Brand new washer & dryer
- Vacuum, Iron/Board & cleaning supplies (if needed)

The 3rd-floor features:
- A king bedroom with a walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, private balcony and a smart TV (where you can log in to your favorite streaming platforms).
- A double twin bedroom with a closet, en suite bathroom and private balcony.
- We provide bedding (including extra for the pull-out couch), 2 pillows per person, towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

For children we provide (these are all available in the 3rd floor closet):
- High chair
- Pack n' play
- Safety gates for the stairs (3)
- There's also a fire safety ladder in the closet along with beach towels and extra towels

Outdoor Items:
- A charcoal grill is available for use (charcoal must be purchased)
- 4 beach chairs
- Patio sets on each of the bedroom balconies (2 chairs and table)
- Patio set on ground floor small seating area (3 chairs and table)
