Our property is fittingly named "Beachin & Boatin". We love our beautiful new 3-level Townhome on the soundside canals in Queen's Grant. Queens Grant is a gated Oceanfront and Soundside condo, townhome, and single family home community in Topsail Beach. Located only one mile from the downtown area, you can easily bike to shopping, restaurants and activities! Our townhome has a perfect location - on a canal with a day dock. We also are the closest Townhome to the pool and ocean in the Queen's Grant community. We would also argue that we have the best ocean views of any unit in Queen's Grant!! Literally only steps away to it all!

Our Townhome is 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with an elevator. The elevator makes it so easy to unload groceries and luggage, or if you have a guest that cannot climb stairs. You enter the house at the lower level door through the carport. The lower level houses the elevator and an additional sleeping area with daybeds, perfect for older children. You can take the stairs or the elevator to the 2nd floor, which hosts all of the bedrooms. The Master has a king size bed, walk in closet, and private bathroom. The bathroom boasts a double vanity and large, beautifully tiled walk in shower. Also in the master, use the sliding doors to walk out onto a spacious deck that overlooks the canal and marina. The 2nd floor also hosts another full bathroom, a second spacious bedroom with two twin beds with access to the deck, and a 3rd queen bedroom. All of the second floor bedrooms have amazing views and are beautifully decorated with beach decor.

The ocean and sound views from the top level of our townhouse are breathtaking! Whether inside cooking, eating at the dining table, or resting in the living room, you are able to see water in every direction. The chef's kitchen is a dream to work in, with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a gas range. There are 2 tables for dining with additional seating at the bar. The living room is perfectly decorated and situated for entertaining. Walk out onto the upper level deck to enjoy your coffee or cocktail....It's a perfect place to relax, enjoy the views, and listen to the ocean waves.

Outdoor amenities at Queen's Grant include a basketball court, sand volleyball, children's play area, covered picnic area with grills (NO grilling under houses or on decks are allowed in Queen's Grant), pool, boat ramp and trailer storage, day docks, and paved roads for community walking, running, biking, etc.
