THE SPACE

After a day of salt and sand, come home to green. Lighthouse Landing is a second floor condo with a garden view, tucked into a quiet corner of Fernandina Shores, where the patio, the pool, and the courts are all part of the community. Inside, a welcoming private living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a casual dining area make it easy to gather, and three bedrooms give families and friends room to spread out.

GARDEN VIEW AND PATIO

The condo looks out over a garden view, and the patio or balcony is the place for a meal outdoors or a quiet moment with the greenery around you. Outdoor furniture and outdoor lighting are provided, and a BBQ is available for cooking outside.

BEACH ACCESS

Beach access is part of the neighborhood, and the condo is a walk to the beach. Beach gear is not guaranteed, since some items may be left by previous guests, so bring your own chairs and towels to be safe.

POOL AND TENNIS

The community pool is a shared outdoor pool, it is fenced, and it is not heated. A community tennis court is shared with other guests, so a morning match before the beach is easy to fit in. Walking trails and cycling are close by, and golf is nearby.

LIVING ROOM

The private living room is a welcoming place to gather. Watch the Smart TV, stay connected with WiFi, or set up a laptop on the laptop friendly space. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating keep the condo comfortable in every season.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, and both a coffee maker and a Keurig. Dishes, utensils, and cooking basics are provided for laid back meals at home, and the dining area and dining table make it easy to eat together.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

One bedroom has a queen bed, one has two twin beds, and one has a king bed. A sleeper sofa gives extra sleeping space. Each bedroom door has a lock. Two full bathrooms keep mornings moving, and a bathtub is included.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

A washer and dryer are in the condo, so you can pack light. Towels, linens, extra pillows and blankets, an iron, and essentials are provided, and starter supplies cover the first stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent, and shampoo.

TRAVELING WITH KIDS

Children are welcome, and children's books and toys are available for added fun. A Pack N Play is available for $25 and includes a mattress pad and sheets.

BRING THE PETS

This condo is pet friendly. A pet fee of $75 per dog applies, and the maximum is 2 pets.

EASY ARRIVAL

This is a second floor condo reached by stairs, with a private entrance and self check in. Arrival details are sent 2 to 3 days before check in. Free parking is included.

Fernandina Shores puts you within reach of Amelia Island's shoreline, local dining, shops, and outdoor adventures in Fernandina Beach. Bird watching and antiquing are also nearby.

GOOD TO KNOW

Check in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Early check ins and late check outs are not available March through November. This is a second floor condo reached by stairs with no elevator. Dogs are welcome with a $75 per dog pet fee, and the maximum is 2 pets. No smoking or vaping inside or outside. Free parking is included. Starter supplies are provided, a Pack N Play is available for $25, and beach gear is not guaranteed. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year, just a message or a call away.
