Garrett was a great host! The bathrooms were a little small but clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the appliances all worked fine. The table and chairs on the balcony were comfy and we used them a lot. Parking was good and carts were available. Didn't use the pool cuz it was not heated!

1The condo was super clean, and very well equipped. In fact I couldn't think of one thing we needed that wasn't there. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The host, Garrett, was very helpful and congenial with my husband when we had a question about the tv. All in all, it was a great trip.

We loved sitting on the porch watching surfers, listening to music, and watching a lightening storm at sea. Views were amazing and surf sounds were perfect. I have issues walking, but was able to go to the pool. Will rent umbrella and do beach next time.

We had the best time with our grandchildren’s first trip to the beach! The view from the balcony was awesome and we didn’t have to go out to get anything, they were already provided. We would love to come back again sometime!

Good vacation

The condo itself was great and Garrett was very responsive! The building was a bit old, but the pool was kept clean and updated. We really appreciated the strong water pressure in the showers and the quiet fans throughout the condo. We loved sitting on the balcony for lunch and happy hour to watch the waves.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was very easy to find, the location was perfect. The pool was wonderful and just a short walk to the beach. Garrett was very responsive and the condo was super clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Mr. Garrett’s property is beautiful and perfect for a small size family vacation. We were greeted with a small gift basket and a nice bottle of wine in the refrigerator. This was my family’s second time staying at the location and it was as good as the first stay. We were able to bring the grandparents with us this time and they enjoyed every day. There is no better way to wake up every morning than the sun coming up over the ocean. We had coffee every morning on the balcony with the sunrise, while watching dolphins fishing along the surf. 100/10 stars!!!

It was lovely. The weather held up at the right times. The TV fire stick was full and I texted my contact about that. Also, my Aunt was in the condo alone at one point and a person saying maintenance was trying to come in but she was not dressed appropriately. I didn’t have a heads up so what ever maintenance needing doing was done. Suggestion in the future to give the guest a heads up for those kinds of things because that wasn’t a good time.

Loved Amelia Island & this condo so much !!! Steps to the beach (literally) and amazing views! Went with my family and really appreciated the communication from the owner & the 2 full bathrooms with washer/dryer. Great amenities too! (Pool). Highly recommend!

Thank you Garrett for being such a wonderful host! My husband and I absolutely love the unit. It’s beautifully decorated with gorgeous views. We’ve never stayed in a place that is so well stocked with everything from shampoo to beach chairs (and all the stuff in between). It was our first visit, but it will definitely not be our last.
