LAW SUIT COMING

What stay? I got a phone call that my reservation had been canceled 5 hours before the 4 pm.check-in. I had driven 4 hours in bumper to bumper traffic on I-95 when i got the text from the company. The place was closed for repairs. The owner owes me for gas, tires & oil on my car. Plus time away from work. Ruined my whole vacation as i had other family members meeting me coming from another state He can either pay up or i am coming after him. This is no idle threat. It will take me about 5 minutes on the internet to find out who is the owner. And 10 minutes to get legal representation. To boot, the agent with Mock hung up the phone on me.

We enjoyed the loveliness of the condo. The beds were comfortable, the view was gorgeous and every one we encountered was helpful. One of our group could not find her Bible when she returned home and Darcy went out of her way to look for it. Our group would like to come again. Everything was lovely!

Wonderful Long Weekend Getaway!

This condo was everything and more ! We loved everything about it...and the view is spectacular. Morning sunrise is spectacular and worth getting up for :) The rooms are cozy and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend and we will be be back !

Christmas Family Trip

The view and decor are beautiful. The furniture upholstery needed cleaning. The return assistance with the rental agency, Mock, was timely but did not follow through. We needed Wi-Fi to connect with our work, called for help, we’re told they would notify the supplier for assistance, we never received a follow up. It was the router that was faulty. We were able to connect independently. As for the pricing for the amenities. I expected less housekeeping requirements for the rental fee. The pool area was unattended with sand on the pool area tile, washed onto the deck from a storm and remained so the entire week. The common hall areas were poorly maintained. Overall, the condo was newly renovated and a nice live in space, but I would look elsewhere.

Thanksgiving in Amelia

The property was clean and nicely laid out. Unfortunately there was construction and renovation of the pool immediately outside and below the property which was SO LOUD during the day and created so much dust and particles from cutting the new stone for the pool area that we couldn't use the patio while the work was being done. It would have been nice to know that was going to be happening. The location was convenient and the size of the space worked for our group of 7. Beds were less comfortable than expected and pillows could stand to be updated. Overall a good experience despite these things mentioned. View was amazing from patio when we could go out there!

Sunrise at your fingertips

The view alone is worth renting this unit. You wake to a sunrise that bathes the entire condo ina warm glow. The unit is beautifully decorated and is warm and comfy. Pls bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Also bring condiments. Unlike other VRBOs, there is no left over stash of condiments. Not to worry Harris Teeter is around the corner. Would highly recommend this unit. It is secluded with a direct view of the ocean and yet, you are minutes away from anything you need.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The owners have thought of everything! I promise you. Just show up and you’ll have everything you need for your stay and location is incredible. Everywhere is less than 5 miles away. Can’t wait to book it again!

Amazing Ocean View

Wonderful experience. Condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breath taking views…. only issue was that weather was a bit cool but we can’t control mother nature. One day we brought our bikes on the ferry to Cumberland Island. Highly recommend that day trip or for the real outdoors men even camp for a night or two.
