Oceanfront townhouse with ocean views, central AC, WiFi, & outdoor pool

This oceanfront condo with outstanding views from almost every room is fully renovated for added convenience. The private balcony and deck enable all to enjoy the incredible sunrises on the Atlantic Ocean. Everyone can dine comfortably on a custom farm table located in a large well-appointed open concept kitchen. Whether cooking for a crowd or just relaxing while watching one of the four Smart TVs, this large, four-zone air-conditioning condo will keep everyone comfortable. Music enthusiasts will also enjoy the superior sound from the surround sound found in the penthouse and living room. Spotify streaming is provided throughout. There are ADA-rated handholds in all bathrooms for seniors' added safety. The hot/cold outdoor shower is perfect for a rinse-off after a day at the beach or the nearby pool. There is a large capacity water heater and soft water for your added comfort along with a washer/dryer.

You will be an easy beach walk to Ritz Carlton and several golf courses are also nearby. The historic and charming town of Fernandina Beach filled with boutiques and fine restaurants is only a short drive away. The renowned natural treasures of Amelia Island abound nearby and can be explored by bike, foot, or car. This property has it all to make your stay a truly enjoyable and memorable one.

Good but stressful and smelly

The place was really nice and good location. Little stressful with three 2 year olds running around. Alot of steps and the bar over looking the living room has nothing under it to prevent falling 3 feet. Other than that the place was really nice and very easy beach access. All of that is minor as we knew what we were getting into. One big major complaint is that it smeller like raw sewage the whole time.

Beautiful property

The property was amazing and exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and the property was centrally located to everything! The kitchen had all of your cooking needs including spices. One of the best rentals we have rented on vacation.

Wonderful condo

Everything about this condo was excellent. It was extremely clean, well-stocked kitchen, nice outdoor spaces, including a balcony off one bedroom. Two master bedrooms both facing the ocean was a real plus. Quiet community. Lots of stairs so that might not be great for some but for us it was perfect. We will be back!

Wonderful Oceanside Retreat

Our stay at Sandpiper Townhouse couldn't have been more perfect! The house was clean and comfortable, and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay (including an abundance of paper products!) The multi level house has a bedroom and bathroom on each of three separate levels. While there are many stairs in the house, the benefit of this floorplan is that it creates a nice amount of privacy for guests. We loved the peaceful, quiet location right at the edge of the dunes. It's just a short stroll over the boardwalk to the beautiful beach. You can see and hear the ocean from the house, and you can watch the sunrise over the water while sitting on the upper deck. Communication with the property management team was excellent. We received multiple texts and emails giving us needed information and asking about our stay. They were wonderful to work with. Sandpiper Townhouse is a comfortable, well cared for property in a beautiful location. If you're looking for an oceanside retrrat, this is definitely the place. I hope maybe to return one day.

Nice view, quiet, relaxing stay

It was a nice property. Quiet and close to historic downtown, Fort Clinch and other attractions. Comfortable beds, wonderful warm showers, plenty of pots, dishes, cups, utensils and spices to add to your cooking experience. Beautiful view of the ocean. Liked watching the critters in the sand dunes (tortoise, rabbits and even an armadillo!). Loved going to sleep to the sounds of the ocean right outside the windows. Would stay there again.
