This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom first-floor condo is nestled on the serene southern tip of Amelia Island — part of an oceanfront complex with direct beach access and a community pool, though this unit's balcony looks out over a peaceful canopy of trees and palms rather than the water. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with easy beach access, this is it. While this unit is located on the first floor, please note that there are approximately 10 stairs required to access the entrance.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, and small desk, plus direct access to the private balcony — your morning coffee spot, surrounded by lush greenery and swaying palms. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in, with a dining table that seats five, so plenty of room for the whole group.

Additional amenities include free WiFi, an in-unit washer and dryer, an assigned parking spot. During peak seasons, we kindly ask each group to limit vehicles to two to ensure a smooth parking experience for all guests. Relax on the beach or lounge by the spacious Beach Walker outdoor pool, which features a large deck, two oceanfront gazebos with stunning views, bathrooms, and a community grilling area for easy outdoor dining.
