Beautiful and revitalized Riverwalk is truly a gem for Jacksonville ❤❤

Enjoy walking the neighborhood and the beautiful historic homes of our quaint downtown district.

The Riverwalk Park is across from the home, and the harbor is a 5 minute walk through the beautiful park. At the harbor, there are tennis courts, basketball courts, a park for kids and a boardwalk for fishing and crabbing.

Great location. Clean. The downstairs bed could have been better if it was a queen. But lots of space. Upstairs bedroom lots of space but the bed needs some sort of different mattress topper. Not very comfortable. But I would stay here again for sure.

Lovely, clean home! Very pet-friendly and has everything you need. The game room is awesome with foosball, pool table, jukebox, and an arcade console with 100s of games. Snuggly blanket on couch and cute decor everywhere. My only suggestions are to add a regular coffeepot (keurig is there but pot would be great if guests bring their own coffee), add some hooks in master bath and replace dead light bulbs there.

This was the perfect house for me to stay at during my visit to Jacksonville. The house was very clean and had anything i needed for my stay. My sons loved the arcade room which had games for all ages. The location was perfect tucked away in a beautifuland peaceful neighborhood. There was also a beautiful park close-by for morning, afternoon and evening walks. I will definitely come back to this house when i come back to Jacksonville.

We loved everything about our stay, location to restaurants and walking the riverwalk. We enjoyed how clean and comfortable the whole house was. We stayed here for about four weeks while we purchased and moved into our own home and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Kathryn was very responsive and the couple of occasions we needed things or had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, attractive house in quiet setting near downtown

Park Place was the perfect base for our trip to Jacksonville. It's in a quiet residential area adjacent to downtown stores, restaurants, and government center. It's also less than a block from Riverwalk Park, a green space leading to Kerr Street Park along the river, with a dock and kayak rental kiosk.Highly recommended nearby establishments include Clove Hitch Beer Company and Chicano Street Kitchen.The house is attractive, on a corner lot. There are a full well-equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, and two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The porch wraps around two sides of the house. We found it a comfortable place to sit for conversation and reading.Park Place is a great find and a great value, highly recommended!

Park Place- Lovely!

Quiet neighborhood in lovely setting, but close enough to whatever you need. The beds are very comfortable, great game room that we wish we’d had time to enjoy. Host was helpful and quickly answered my questions. No issues at all and the easiest check out ever!

This house was absolutely perfect for 5 adults and 2 doodles! Plenty of room and we enjoyed the fenced in yard. The host was very prompt with their communications and had the house well prepared for our stay. Definitely recommend this host and property!

Wonderful stay

We live locally and needed a place to stay before we closed on our new home. With most items packed away in storage, this home met all our needs and still provided the comfort of home and great views. Short walk to park, brewery, and work. It was perfect. Will stay again and certainly recommend.

Perfect VRBO in Jacksonville

This place was great - fantastic updates and everything you need for a home away from home in Jacksonville. All of the updates were super thoughtful and each room had great amenities. We didn’t have any pets but the fenced in yard and wood floors would have been great for four legged furry friends.

Great property

We just stayed at this property for a week and have no complaints. The house was very clean and maintained well. Towels and linens were nice. Great location for visiting our son at Camp Lejuene and not too far for some beach days as well. Would definitely stay here again!
