Splendidamente ristrutturato cottage sulla spiaggia in una posizione perfetta! La spiaggia è letteralmente a pochi passi dalla porta di casa. Goditi l'ambiente tranquillo delle spiagge all'estremità nord dell'isola di Amelia. Questa casa è anche a breve distanza a piedi da Main Beach, che offre minigolf, ristorante sulla spiaggia e scivolo d'acqua stagionale.
Questa casa si trova a breve distanza in auto o in bicicletta dal centro di Fernandina Beach e molto comoda per la piscina dell'Atlantic Rec Center che offre accesso pubblico e un parco acquatico per bambini. Questa è una posizione meravigliosa per godersi la spiaggia e molte altre fantastiche attività per famiglie.

La casa stessa è stata completamente ristrutturata e progettata pensando al comfort e allo stile. È davvero il cottage sulla spiaggia perfetto ed è nuovo per il mercato degli affitti per le vacanze. La cucina è stata magnificamente aggiornata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e il bagno ha tutti i nuovi infissi. I letti sono preparati con lenzuola di alta qualità per un soggiorno confortevole. La doccia esterna è comoda dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Questo meraviglioso cottage sulla spiaggia è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi tutto ciò che Fernandina Beach ha da offrire.

Perfect Beach Front Cottage

The cottage was perfect for our stay on Amelia Island. Everything looks brand new, was spotless, mattresses comfortable, plenty of towels. It is a tiny gem among the modern giants! Exactly as listed but don't let the size fool you...you will be spending all your time outdoors anyway!

Great place to stay!

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The Destination Amelia staff was helpful and quick to respond to our questions.We love the proximity to Fernandina Beach, the restaurants, shops, waterfront, golf courses, and beaches.This was our second stay here and we have already booked again for next year. We continue to find new adventures!

Short trip

House is kept clean though we did find a six legged insect, king bed is comfortable no sagging, location is great. They supply plenty of white towels and bathroom has space for all your toiletries. Furniture in living room looks nice but lacking support.

Beach vacation

This makes the second time we have stayed here. It is perfect. Three adults a 5 month old and a 13 year old chihuahua. I don't want to go on to much about it so it will be available when we come back in late summer. It really is the perfect place.

Great house and great location

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect for our small family. It's in a great location across the street from the beach and close to the downtown area. Everything about it was perfect for our stay and we were having such a good time that we extended our stay 3 days longer than originally planned.

Perfect beach getaway spot

This house is so cute. And for a family of 4 it would be perfect. It was just 2 of us staying. The walk to the beach was easy. And we found several shark teeth! The windows in the house are solid so even though it rained every day it was a comfortable stay. The location just can’t be beat. And you get the whole house to yourself versus it being part of a complex. Overall amazing. I would recommend it to everyone and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Ocean Avenue

We loved our stay! After staying on Amelia Island multiple times I decided it would be so cool to stay right on Ocean Avenue as we love the Fernandina Beach north area. This place was a wish come true!! Beautiful beach just over the dune and a wonderful beach bungalow to stay in!! It was everything I wanted. 😊

Nice little house by the sea

Property was exactly as shown on VRBO site. Extremely clean, nice beachy ambiance and in a very quiet neighborhood. Very short walk to Main Beach Park. No view of the ocean but up and over a nearby beach access stair and there you are. Short drive to anywhere in Fernandina beach. Kitchen well appointed. Beds were a bit on the firm side but comfortable. Lots of communication from host before hand. No real complaints.

Wonderful Stay

This place is stocked with everything we needed and more. Located in a quiet area literally steps from the beach Highly recomend this place for a romantic getaway or small family vacation. The management was very helpful in getting items returned we accidently left behind, We will be back.

Fernandina beach

The size of the property was just wright for us. We enjoyed the kitchen with all the proper utensils. Access to the beach was perfect. We will come back around September 2024 as long as the rent remain reasonable.
