This is a pet friendly house. Pet fee is $30/pet/nt and prior approval is required for the pet. Please do not bring pet without prior approval. If pets are brought without approval, we reserve right charge additional cleaning fee up to $250, This is a No-Smoking house, smoking penalty of minimum $599 applies

1. Mandatory Agreement & ID
The primary guest must sign our Rental Agreement and provide a valid government ID before check-in. Managed by SMV House Rental.

2. Check-in & Checkout

Hours: Check-in 4:00 PM | Checkout 10:00 AM.

Unauthorized Late Checkout: $100/hour fee applies. Stays exceeding 2 hours past checkout will be charged the full nightly rate.

3. Pool, Grill & Safety

Safety: No safety barrier around the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Use pool at your own risk.

Pool Heat: Optional for $25/night (entire stay only). 24-hour notice required.

Grill: Gas BBQ provided. Please clean grates after use. Note: Propane is not provided due to fire safety; guests may swap/fill tanks locally.

Towels: Use designated pool towels for outdoor use. Do not use white bath linens at the pool.

4. Property Care & Climate

Doors & Windows: Keep all doors and windows closed to prevent the AC unit from freezing and to minimize tropical insects.

Furniture: Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture. Relocation fees apply.

Linens: Use provided gray makeup remover towels to prevent staining of white bath linens.

5. Smoking & Pets

Smoking: 100% smoke/vape-free indoors. $599 deep-cleaning fee for violations.

Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed with prior approval ($100 flat fee per pet). Pets must stay off furniture; unauthorized pets incur a $350 fee.

6. Trash & Quiet Hours

Trash: Bagged trash only in side-yard bins. Wednesday: Regular Garbage | Thursday: Recycle/Bulk.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Violations result in immediate eviction and a $300 fee.

NO REFUND POLICY
By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for:

Temporary unavailability of non-essential amenities (pool, grill, Wi-Fi, TV apps, smart devices)
Nature-related encounters (insects, wildlife, weather)
Early departure or change of plans after check-in
Failure to read or follow house rules prior to booking

All issues must be reported immediately during the stay to allow the host the opportunity to resolve them. Refund requests submitted after checkout will not be considered.
