Goditi il clima della Florida con giornate rilassanti sulla spiaggia, a bordo piscina o guardando il tramonto dallo spazioso balcone con un bicchiere di vino.

Unità luminoso e accogliente, unità completamente attrezzata. Due camere da letto con materassi pillow top di alta qualità, letto matrimoniale nel master e due letti singoli XL nella seconda camera da letto.

TV via cavo con oltre 100 canali e HBO, WiFi ad alta velocità (75 Mbit), lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Da quando sono state scattate le foto, l'unità è stata aggiornata con la nuova Smart TV HD da 60 pollici nel soggiorno e la TV intelligente UHD 4K da 50 pollici nella camera da letto principale. Inoltre, il divano è aggiornato a un designer, un divano letto matrimoniale con un materasso in memory foam che può ospitare comodamente 2 adulti.

Il complesso dispone di una piscina privata con una bella piscina e lettini. Passerella per la spiaggia (a meno di 50 metri di distanza), parcheggio privato + 10 visitatori parcheggio e ascensore.

L'unità sarà completamente attrezzata con asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare e sedie a sdraio, attrezzatura extra disponibile su richiesta.

Not happy with the accommodations

The toilet seat was loose and the cover broken although that was fixed after we reported it. The refrigerator door handle was missing. The cipher lock on the door has a touch screen and you can't see the buttons until you start the process. When you click a button, the traffic noise usually drowns out the feedback. Bottom line, you need to put a cipher lock on the door with real buttons that can be seen. All the other units seemed to have real buttons.

My guest and I enjoyed our weekend at the Sandpiper. It was a really nice experience, quite clean we enjoyed the beach and the surrounding area. The only down part was the persons that were supposed to be renting that place next or so they said, showed up at the door and wanted to come inside to see what the place looks like, we didn’t let them in of course, and continued our weekend. I had a really great time.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper so much! Beautiful ocean views, easy access to the beach/water, and easy access to main roads for travel around town. The property was as described in the listing and our family was very comfortable for our stay.

Old Florida Vibe

The location was great, we could walk to so many things. The beach is really nice and just right out the door. Pool is very small but we didn't need it at this time although the area was nice. Our unit had been mostly updated and was comfortable for the two of us. My only negative is there were plastic mattress coverings on the bed that made them hot to sleep on even though the mattress was comfortable. Overall I would go back again.

Perfect getaway!

Amazing! We walked right out the elevator and onto the beach. Stepped out onto our balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Clean, plenty of room everything we needed to do any type of cooking we wanted. Our hosts were the best I cannot say enough about them. It was such a great location. Cumberland Island, Saint Augustine, Amelia Island, downtown Jacksonville all these places are close by. Our hosts had a closet filled with items for the beach. All linens towels were there for us. It was beyond our expectations. My granddaughter and her friend came to visit us for a few days and they had a blast. Shops and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful all the neighbors were wonderful. I can’t remember recommend it enough. We are going back next year.

Super Hostess!

The unit is in a most impressive location next to the beach - comfortable, has everything you need for a lovely vacation. We like to cook so the kitchen was well stocked, but those views were amazing. Literally two minutes to the sea. The best part however was Kelecia our hostess. She was really communicative and fun, and truly made our trip. I'd recommend any of Opulent's properties - we had a lovely time and it's a lovely spot!

Short wedding weekend

Property was nice and clean. Bathroom needs an overhaul but we could tell some improvements have been made. Our first time staying in Jax Beach and it was nice. No sheets for fold out couch.
