A great place to create lasting memories. Engagements, celebrations for anniversaries, birthdays, and sharing time; mother daughter, father son, sister time…. Or “me” time. Beach is great for swimming, surfing, shelling, fishing, walking, and relaxing to just sit & watch & listen.

Updated tile, paint, crown molding, granite countertops, brand new refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker can all be yours with a fully equipped kitchen (drip & Kruger coffee makers, oven toaster, blender, counter grill, microwave, oven, electric stove top, etc).

This unique little gem is a perfect retreat to get-away, be together, or work within a solitude and quietness as the Atlantic Ocean energizes you & refreshes your soul.

Capps on the Intracoastal Water is an all time top- of-the-list for everything. Usually a wait, but the view while you wait is worth it. You can also order drinks & food (apps) while you wait. Bars (3) are open seating. Be sure to go the the very far back bar as first choice. Sunsets! Like your condo oceanfront sunrise.

As always, Donna's Condo on the ocean is the perfect getaway. Steps from the ocean, a quiet beach and excellent accommodations. I stay here whenever I play TPC Sawgrass and can't wait to come back.

A Healing Oasis by the Beach – Perfect for Mayo Clinic Visitors

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The property was incredibly well-stocked and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The porch quickly became our favorite spot—we spent every evening there watching the sun set over the ocean. It was the kind of peace and beauty you don’t realize you need until you have it.The private beach was absolutely pristine—quiet, clean, and calming. It was a true retreat.We were in town for appointments at the Mayo Clinic, and while the Clinic spoke to my physical health, coming “home” to this property each day was what my soul needed. It gave me space to rest, reflect, and truly feel at ease during a challenging time.The location is also incredibly convenient to the Mayo Clinic, making it an ideal choice for out-of-town patients looking for somewhere serene and off-campus to stay. I plan to book this property again for future visits—it was everything I hoped for and more.Sincere thank you to the host for providing an amazing space, excellent communication and having literally everything we needed.

Wonderful Ocean Front Unit

The condo was clean, comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked! The location is absolutely fabulous with just being literally 10 steps from the beach! The condo is also very convenient to everything you need from grocery stores to great restaurants. Donna’s welcome gift was also a nice touch; we enjoyed the Prosecco! This has become our new “go to” spot for vacationing at the beach! Just a few steps to this ground floor unit makes it easily assessable. Enclosed lanai is a nice touch too. Seating very comfortable and nice large flat screen TVs made for watching Wimbledon tennis matches. Six steps from unit to board walk leading to beach. Also need to mention this is private beach so this limits many crowds and made the experience very serene and peaceful. Owner of unit very pleasant easy to deal with and answered all of our questions promptly. I assure you your visit here you will cherish and want to rebook.

A True Gem

This is literally my new favorite place. The condo is lovely, modern, and comfy. Anything you would need to kick off a relaxing beach experience is already thoughtfully provided. Donna is a true gem.

The perfect sunrise spot to start your day

A wonderful property and spectacular location. Steps to the sand, a porch to relax and listen to the waves and watch the sunrise. Comfortable accomodations, everything we needed was provided plus a few bonus items. Great communication with Donna. We could not have been more pleased!

Amazing ocean view and access

We enjoyed every moment here. We did a 6 mile walk on the beach each morning. Saw royal terns and pelicans. The sky was gorgious. Everyone we met on the beach seemed to have a dog. Lovely. Donna our host was wonderful.

This was our best VRBO experience to date, it was a fabulous location, beautiful apartment right on the beach. The apartment was well equipped, clean and tidy, easy access and close to local shopping and dining.

Love this place!

This place is absolutely wonderful. The beautiful view and ability to walk straight out to the beach is just one of the reason I would want to stay here whenever I am in the area. The apartment is extremely clean, has beautiful decor, and is very quiet, not to mention one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Donna is the ultimate hostess, making sure your stay is worry free. The multiple amenities and extras Donna provides eliminates those frequent trips to the store to get those small things needed when traveling. We hope to visit again soon!

Donna has the perfect property for a couple. Very well stocked with beach stuff, pots/pans, coffee, oils etc. Easy access to the unit and Donna always responds so quickly. We’re ready to come back and it’s only been a week.

As advertised and more

Donna was the best host you could ask for. The communication was quick and always helpful. The Condo is as good as it gets!! The photos don't do it justice, even thought they are excellent. A quiet neighborhood, right on the ocean, great amenities in the Condo, as I said, as advertised and more.. Already thinking about when I can go back.

Fantastic Condo

It was a fantastic stay, amenities left nothing out that made it a wonderful place to stay. Just ten steps to the walkway down to the beach. The owner provided us with plenty of restaurant selections. Our favorite was Aunt Kate’s. Ten minutes to a Publix and stores. Overall rating should be a 10.

Ocean Front Retreat

Approaching this oasis, we were greeted by a premium parking space that was closest to the entrance of this amazing property. Entering the living room, we found smart furniture and a 65" TV. Which we enjoyed winding down in the evenings. The king size bed was so comfortable with luxious sheets. (We plan to purchase the same brand for our home.). We noticed how a solid night sleep enhanced our experience. The full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. By the way, there are shops and restaurants near by. We enjoyed sitting in the adirondack chairs drinking coffee on the lenai while watching vividly colorful sunrises. Just through the glass doors from the lenai, we enjoyed access to a private beach. The ocean sounds and breeze made walks on the sand extremely peaceful. The host was easily accessible and responsive. WELL RECOMMENDED!

We immediately put our things down that we bought and walked out to the back porch (although I am not sure you could call it that - it was just an extension of the living area) and sat in the chairs and admired the view which was perfect. The first night, we were able to watch the moon rise and we got up early each morning to watch the sunrise. The weather was wonderful - not too hot and not too cold - just perfect. It was almost like we were on a private beach. We had stopped by Publix on the way because, we knew when we got here we would not want to leave so I cannot recommend any eateries. This was a trip for our 38th wedding anniversary - not a "monumental" year but since I am currently being treated for stage 4 breast cancer that is now in my lungs (I went through all the treatment 6 years ago for stage 1 breast cancer and was declared cancer free but it came back one year ago in my lungs), I did not want to waste the celebration. Little bit of downer there but it was the perfect place to be to celebrate an occasion that was special. Thank you Donna for allowing us to enjoy your perfect place. I hope we can come back one day.

Great 3 day stay

We lived in Ponte Vedra Beach for over 20 years and go back a couple times a year to visit friends. We always stay in a condo on the beach in the same area as this one. However, this was our first stay at this particular condo. It was excellent! Very clean, well kept, perfectly furnished and Donna has equipped the unit with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and there are even beach chairs and umbrellas available. Our only difficulty was with the electronic keyboard to enter the unit. I've used those things many times and never encountered one as confusing and loud as that one when it opens. Once you figure out the system, it's pretty easy to use but not intuitive at all. Be patient when you first get there! I used a few words I'm not proud of. Regardless, I would highly recommend this unit and we will certainly be booking it on a future trip.
