Located on the north end of Amelia Island, this spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condo is ready to welcome you! Located in the sought-after Ocean Park complex, this exceptional Amelia Island vacation rental offers ocean views, a great layout, a private complex pool, hot tub, convenient beach access, and proximity to restaurants, parks, putt-putt, and more!

The Ocean Park complex is an ideal location on Amelia Island - just 400 steps to beach access and only two miles from charming historic downtown Fernandina Beach, where guests can enjoy the many great shopping and dining options.

This condo is also conveniently located next to Main Beach, offering miniature golf, a covered playground, a skate park, volleyball courts, and a concession stand/burger joint. The Sandbar and Salt Life Food Shack restaurants are within walking distance of this condo and are great spots for beachside dining.

Many guests enjoy Fort Clinch State Park, located just a half-mile from this complex and offering activities such as fishing, biking/walking trails, shelling and shark tooth searching, hiking, and wildlife viewing, among other things.

This condo has a great layout in the main area (kitchen, dining, and living room) and enjoys fantastic views from there and the private balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials needed for meal preparation. Overlooking the main living area, the kitchen also has a bar area with seating for three. The dining area offers a large table with seating for six.

From the main room is the entrance to the master bedroom and attached bath. This room has a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The master bath has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a water closet.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and plenty of storage for clothes and personal effects and a TV, and games for younger guests to enjoy. The third bedroom offers one twin bed, and one queen bed. There is also a second full bathroom conveniently located to each of these bedrooms. A roll-away bed is even available for use if needed.

At the entryway of the condo is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer. Also, the condo has brand-new flooring and boasts other updates throughout.

The Ocean Park complex offers a gorgeous pool area with a hot tub, along with a grilling area. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided with this rental, along with sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach cart. Guests also enjoy a private garage on the ground level. Because of parking limitations, it's advised guests not bring more than two vehicles.

Beautiful condo just needs a little TLC!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, well stocked and overall well-maintained. The only concerns I had was that the hot tub was not working so we were not able to use that. It was reported to the condo maintenance gentleman by another resident, but they were told it couldn’t be fixed for a few days. Also, the floors could use a really really heavy duty cleaning as our feet were black walking, barefoot through the condo as well as the outside furniture and floor need a good cleansing. But overall, the place was absolutely perfect for our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Fernandina beach condo

Nice overall with view of ocean. Property manager allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. For the price should of provided soap, shampoo, trash bags and paper towels. Minor inconvenience but one easily and cheaply avoidable.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient to beach, historic downtown, restaurants, etc.

My fault on missing check-in information but once we connected with the management staff, they were very responsive and helpful. One suggestion would be to add drapes to the front room nearest the elevator. Those sleeping in the room mentioned the light that comes through. Also, could use more hand towels Kitchen had more supplies for cooking than expected and were very helpful in preparing our Thanksgiving meal. Comment from everyone was that it was larger than expected. Plenty of space, close to the elevator and easy access to the pool area. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

Spacious and well appointed in great location

Our family enjoyed staying in this spacious 3 bedroom condo with nice ocean views (it’s back several rows but you can still see it). The kitchen was nicely stocked, the dining room table was large enough, and so was the comfy sectional sofa. We walked to the beach, enjoyed the pool (though would love more than 1 pool key, as that became difficult with different schedules), and the proximity to downtown Fernandina with all its great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Spacious, clean, cozy condo… close to the beach!

This property was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much. What we liked most was how spacious and open it was! The beach was about 400 steps away, as described. We had small kids so the beach wagon was very helpful. Sooo many beach towels available, fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, etc etc. Melissa was a great host. We are grateful for this time together with family!

A perfect fit

A perfect fit for 4 adults & 2 kids. 2 blocks from the beach, but the beach buggy included with the rental makes that walk easy. Steps from the pool & a fully equipped kitchen made our stay enjoyable!

Worth Every Penny!

Slight mix up during the checkin process, but it was minor and everything was sorted out in a couple minutes. Other than that - everything was as described or better! We were able to be within walking distance of food, things to do, and the beach - all without costing an arm and leg. We would look to stay here again if we visit the area in the future.
