Spettacolare Oceanside Condo / Amelia Island Florida

Questo magnifico condominio con una camera da letto e un bagno sull'oceano è un gioiello scintillante nella corona di una delle più grandi fughe dell'isola del mondo, l'Amelia Island Resort, una deliziosa comunità recintata con ristoranti, negozi, spa e una galleria d'arte all'interno delle porte e altre delizie . A pochi minuti di distanza sulla A1A si trova Fernandina Beach, un villaggio assolutamente affascinante pieno di gallerie, teatri, altri ristoranti e negozi e una flotta peschereccia funzionante.
Recentemente il condominio ha subito una profonda ristrutturazione: nuova cucina, bagno, soffitto rialzato, nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle, nuovi tendaggi trasparenti, ristrutturazione. La cucina è ampiamente fornita di porcellana e pentole.
Una favolosa piscina con vista sull'oceano è proprio accanto a questa unità dove è possibile rilassarsi sui nuovi mobili della piscina ed essere al riparo dalle brezze oceaniche. Una passerella privata di Sandcastles per la spiaggia si trova a pochi passi dal patio backdoor arredato di recente. Ci sono viste mozzafiato dalla camera da letto principale e dal soggiorno. Apri la porta della camera da letto e vai alla deriva al suono dell'Oceano di notte! Vieni mattina, guarda il sole sorgere dall'Atlantico!

Overall the location was great, had a fantastic stay. The only problem was the back door could not be locked and the chain was too long which allowed it to be undone from the outside, for security reason with this location being on the ground floor it would be good to make sure this is fixed.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the location is perfect. My only issue was the lack of closet space in the bedroom. The only closet was off thr kitchen and was also a utility closet. Not a huge deal. I would gladly rent again. Larry was very responsive when I had some issues with the patio door. Just had to know the trick. We will be back.

Good place but could’ve been cleaner .

This was great place to stay as far as the proximity to the water and overall structure of the unit . Although, the cleanliness was not up to the normal standards of the property of the resort. My family and I visit the Amelia Island area quite often and every time that we come to visit , our stay is absolutely amazing. For some reason, this time , it fell a bit short of that when it came to the conditions of this unit. We found open granola wrappers by the window. Hair all over the couch pillows and decorative bed pillows. The small comforter on the couch smelled very musty as well as the pillows on the bed . The bathroom was an interesting case as well. The shower head was COMPLETELY Filthy . We had to clean it with CLR. The shower head of all things in the bathroom should be replaced. Also , there were several towels that were dirty which required us to have to wash them before our own use . I really wish this wasn’t the case because like I said earlier, everything else was great ! We wouldn’t mind coming back again, but the cleaning would need to be managed better.

Absolutely wonderful!

Amelia Island is a beautiful place to visit, beautiful beaches, family friendly, lots of places to explore with family, friends or just you! Lots of restaurants to choose with delicious food and great service! The town Fernandina has a lot of history to discover, with fun shops and great restaurants! We can’t wait to sit on the beach, gaze at the emerald green waters and ride the waves!

Great location for beach and pool

Great location for beach and pool! Condo was clean and well stocked. Only semi negative comment would be a need to replace some things in the kitchen as they are quite old. The location of this unit is so great and if you’ve ever stayed in this property before you know your walk to the beach can be quite long, but not the case with the unit! I would definitely stay again!!

Perfect small family beachfront property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect, and the one-bedroom villa was plenty spacious for our family with small ones. We had one small issue with the bathtub not draining, and it was resolved extremely quickly (thank you!). It was very convenient to be on the ground floor. We spent a lot of time on the patio while the kids napped; being able to relax and hear the ocean breeze was just perfect!

Disappointing in many ways

Property was flooded by rain. Contacted manager at 9pm who told us he was in bed and nothing he could do. He called back to offer us to move to a unit in another building but we would need to vacate unit by 10 am the next morning. Unit next to us had sandbags blocking the entry so the manager was aware of a problem. Dishes in cabinet were dirty, hair left in tub. Description of “wake to sounds and view of ocean waves” misleading as there were two large loud dehumidifiers in unit that we needed to empty and the view was blocked by a berm between unit and ocean.

Close to beach & pool

I’ve stayed on Amelia island Plantation several times. The convenience of a first floor property so close to the pool & beach was really nice. You don’t get the best view of the ocean but still a good view. The condo was extremely clean & well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Just Okay

The location of this condo is excellent. However, the furniture was dated. Bed and couch are very old, not making a comfortable stay.
