This was our second time staying at this property in the last month. The first visit was great with zero issues which is why we booked again. I will say I think it’s poor customer service to try to run the card the morning of your arrival before you even get there. We had plans to use a different card so this messed things up. We arrived a little after 3pm, which was when check in was. Our room was not ready until almost 5pm which was very inconvenient. We wanted to take advantage of the grill station the first night we were there and had gone to the grocery store for that purpose only to run out of propane 20 minutes into cooking. We let the front desk know they were out of propane and were told there was nothing they could do u til maintenance came back in the morning. This experience was much different than the first time and is questioning whether we will stay at a Staybridge again in the future
