Wonderful vacation home in the world famous Sawgrass Players Club gated community, annual host of TPC Sawgrass. Enjoy quiet seclusion for you and your guests or visit area attractions and destinations including historic St. Augustine, a myriad of college and professional athletic events, concerts, world renowned Mayo Clinic, TPC Sawgrass, and great pet-friendly beaches. All are just minutes away.

Amenities include a large playground for the kids, fine dining, golfing, tennis, and pickle ball (with separate memberships) all within walking distance of the vacation home. Within the greater neighborhood are additional golf courses, large community pool facilities available for guests at no charge, the Players Clubhouse and additional dining experiences.

Of course, you can also simply relax in the covered, screened patio featuring a luxury 6-person hot tub with a lounge seat, an outdoor dining area, and a conversation area with fire table. Cook dinner for you and guests on the backyard grill station or in the full-service kitchen.

Whether traveling for work, vacation, or in the area to visit The Mayo Clinic, we want you to have everything you’ll need for a perfect stay. The living room and both bedrooms have Ultra High Definition Smart TVs with DirecTV Stream and HBOMax included at no additional charge. For sleeping, Bedroom 1 has a king size adjustable bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen size adjustable bed, and the living room has a pull out sleeper sofa. All beds have luxury mattresses and high thread-count sheets. There is also free WiFi, a computer station with printer and 27 inch monitor, a recliner chair in the living room, full laundry room, towels, toiletries, a complete kitchen, coffee station, and virtually everything you need for a perfect stay.

Wonderful stay! Lucus is response and wonderful to deal with. Our weekend plans were a mess due to weather and he was accommodating and truly wonderful. check in was easy, communication was beyond and it was clean with so many extra special touches.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Amenities are fantastic. The house itself is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and has everything one could possibly need. The owners have thoughtfully designed the home.The owner is available and answered questions very quickly. Any issue is handled immediately. Amazing Host/Amazing Home

We had to take a last minute trip to Fl for a Family Emergency, so we didn't exactly have time to prepare or do a lengthy search. Thanks to Lucas for his quick responses and willingness to help answer all my questions, we booked his home. It has absolutely everything you could need. I am a bit OCD when it comes to cleanliness, and I have no complaints... that's saying a lot! The home was very organized and very clean, which I appreciate. Also, do to circumstances, and accidentally booking the wrong date, (my brain wasn't thinking clearly) Lucas stepped in and is helping me get my refund. Anyhow, book this home. It is beautiful. We hope to return one day under better circumstances!

Perfect Spot

We can to Ponte Vedra for a golf weekend. This place was absolutely perfect. It is within walking (crawling if needed) distance from The Yards golf and entertainment venue. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful stay

my husband and I had a lovely time at this property. We brought our dogs with us and there was a fenced in backyard area that made a convenient for our stay. The neighborhood was safe with amenities and sidewalks everywhere ...great for walking. We also enjoyed the pool. The condo came fully stocked and equipped with all conveniences. Great location in Ponte Vedra beach. Nice restaurants and beach was very close close by. We very much enjoyed this location.

Great base for Ponte Vedra

This our second time staying here and our experience was as good as the first. The property is exactly as advertised. Impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you might need. We were there to catch up with family in the area and it was convenient to them (of course) but also to the restaurants and other offerings of Ponte Vedra.

Peace and Quiet

Wonderful well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood on TPC Sawgrass. Came down to go to Mayo Clinic with Wife who need specialty care and toy poodle and my wife was able to relax and rest comfortably. Master bed is a comfortable newer king split adjustable. Great communication with our host, wonderful all around.

More than we could have asked for!

This property was beautifully decorated, perfectly located and exceeded our expectations. It was completely stocked with all the necessities as well as extra goodies and surprises we have not had provided in other properties. Lucas was wonderful to work with and couldn’t be more helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were incredible. We will definitely be back and will recommend this to anyone we know looking to visit the Jacksonville/Pointe Vedra area!!!

Welcoming and comfortable

This was the perfect place for our family of 3. We were delighted that it was very clean, with comfortable beds and furniture. It was fully stocked with coffee, snacks, soft drinks and toiletries. It's the perfect location for visiting relatives in PVB (or if you golf). We'll gladly stay here again.

Wonderful TPC Sawgrass Retreat

This property was one of the best we have rented and we look forward to coming back. What a great location! The house was clean and well appointed. It also was stocked with a fabulous coffee bar and snacks. There is so much you can walk to and everything else we did for fun was a quick drive. Lucus was a wonderful host too. Very responsive and helpful with ensuring our family had everything we needed.

Beautiful Property!

My family and I booked this property for Spring Break and it was beautiful! All the appliances are brand new, it was very well appointed and very clean! The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. It was very simple to check in and the location to beaches and restaurants was great! We would absolutely book this property again!!
