  • Welcome to "The Boardwalk" our Sunny Second Floor 2 br/1 bth condo on Amelia Island. We are located across the street from the beach (Access #28) and it is possible to see the ocean from our large front deck. Centrally located in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island "The Boardwalk: guests come to enjoy the pristine beaches, restaurants, historic downtown, biking, weddings, golfing, festivals, events and just to relax.

    We invite you to enjoy our space as your home away from home on your trip to Amelia Island!

    *Please note that all bookings include a 3 day starter package of soaps, shampoos, paper towels and toilet paper. Guests may need to re-stock these items if booked for longer than 3 days.

Great stay and the house had way more than normal vacation rentals. Boogie boards, beach toys, salt and pepper!!!!!!! Amazing stay!

Quaint and cute 2-bedroom with fantastic deck for relaxing in the sun. So convenient to Beach 30 or 29 access points - easy walk even with beach supplies.

For the money it was a comfortable unit that give us close beach access. It had everything we needed and we would stay there again. Amelia Island was also a fun visit for us with nice restaurants, a clean beach, places to ride bikes and hike, and nice public pickleball courts.
Eagan Creek is a must hike if you love wildlife
Short ride to the Cumberland Island Ferry

We had the best time! Super close beach access was great! The house was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. They provide all of the essentials in the kitchen, for the washer and dryer, and the bathroom.

Loved this place. We came during a cold, windy snap so could not hang out at the beach. The fire ring in the back wooded area was perfect for a relaxing outdoor dinner while we were there. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked if you like to prepare your meals instead of eating out. Super quiet neighborhood and a very quick walk to two beach accesses. We will definitely stay again!

Great location for our needs. Could use more thorough cleaning and some maintenance. We didn’t cook there. Nice to have a washer/dryer available - but we didn’t use it. Host was very responsive and pleasant.

The Boardwalk was awesome for our long weekend visit. The location was perfect. We enjoyed being able to enjoy the ocean view with our morning coffee. The walk to the beach was easy as well. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

For the price, hard to beat. There are to beach acceses very close. Kitchen had every thing I needed for cooking. Easy access to things around Fernadina Beach.

The location was perfect for us, near the beach and central to multiple locations. We were in Amelia Island for the Grand Concourse. We were able to walk to the Ritz Carlton 2.5 miles, we enjoy walking. The downtown area was a short drive. The house was clean and absolutely met our needs for a long weekend. The hosts communicated well, check in and check out was seamless. We absolutely loved our stay and Amelia Island.

This was a great place to stay. From the deck we could see a nice patch of the ocean. It was close to the places that we were going to. Nice layout and comfortable furnishings. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect central location on the island. 3 minute walk or 30 second drive to 2 different beach access points. Darin was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great time at The Boardwalk! Beautiful views of the ocean, plenty of outdoor space, and a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The King bed was Super comfortable (not sure about the other bed since we didn't use it but it looked comfy as well!!) Darin was very communicative and responded immediately whenever we messaged him. Thank you Lehman Family!
