Constructive comments
No serious issues. Only comments are: the unit could use a new broom and the rug in the main bathroom is a hazard as it has no backing and slips around easily. We stashed it in the closet.

Short trip for Bowl Game
stayed two nights for trip to Gator Bowl football game. Condo was as advertised - everything worked and clean. Great location for different eating venues and close to beach. would stay again if in the area.

Exactly what we needed!
Our family came to Amelia Is for a wedding and beach trip combined. The Lazy Turtle Too was perfect for our needs. Close to the beach and not too far from the wedding or downtown! The condo was neat, clean, and fully stocked. We had a plumbing issue in the kitchen that was addressed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again! (Note: 2nd floor condo and 10 min walk to beach.) Thank you for great memories!

First family vacation
The home was amazing, short walk to the beach but we preferred the drive for safety reasons. Pool was extremely close to. Only criticism i would suggest is cookware needs to be non stick everything stuck to the pots & skillet no matter what i used to keep from sticking. But would definitely stay again

A great deal
I loved everything about our condo. The place was clean, modern, and the kitchen was perfect for our family of 5. The only thing that would keep me away is the lady that manages the pool. She was the worst. I have never had such a terrible experience at a pool that is supposed to be fun. She micromanaged everything and everyone and was not friendly at all! It’s a shame because the owners of our condo have done such a great job!

We've been coming to Amelia Island for years and loved our stay at this property for a wedding weekend. It was perfect for our party of 6 adults and grown kids. Cute decor, easy access to beach and close to Sliders! We will stay again!

Perfect condo for a girls’ trip
Very nice clean condo. Well equipped with beach chairs and beach towels. Everything we needed. The owner is very responsive and all was as described. It is best to have a car in this location as Uber was not very available mid week. We had a great time and would return.

Wonderful stay!
We love this complex and this rental did not disappoint. Very clean and nicely decorated. We would love it even more if it were pet-friendly. But if we don’t have our dog, we would definitely book again!!

Wonderful and cozy location
we had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Very clean and modern and beautifully decorated. I think it’s important to know that in this development while it is not a retirement community, it seemed majority of the residents were 65 and over so being mindful of making noise was important. I found myself constantly telling my children to make sure their voices were low and if you have kids, this may not be an appropriate property for you.

Beautiful retreat
Several friends traveled to Amelia Island for the ZOOMA Women's Half Marathon and we were so grateful to find this little gem. Very well appointed and charming with an upscale beachy feel. It was everything we needed in a great location!

Awesome Stay - Clean & Cute Condo!
This condo was absolutely perfect! Our party of 6 (3 mamas and 3 daughters) had the BEST girl's trip here. Condo was super clean, well-stocked, and had the CUTEST decor. Close proximity to beach and adorable downtown with shops and restaurants. Andy and Sandy were so helpful and responsive. We'd definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

When we first arrived we were happy that the unit was in a community, it had a pool access and playground. The Condo had a keypad so accessing the condo was easy. The condo was a little smaller then pictured but it was cute and clean. It did have a full size washer and dryer, full kitchen and a private bathroom for the master bedroom. The walk to the main beach was about 15-20 mins but there was a beach accesses along the beach front road and if you go to an access it there it was about 10 mins, but you have to walk through the entire complex to get to the street and then from the street you get to the beach so not as close as i would have hoped but we managed. Pool was nice and clean. had a deeper end for swimming when we went a few times there was usually only one other family's there so plenty of room to enjoy yourself. I think the best part was just being in Amelia island the town in beautiful and we go every year. A few Cons The Beds were not comfortable at all, all 4 adults complained about the beds and my father slept of the couch. Getting horrible sleep on vacation sucks because it harder to enjoy it. It did not get better the more we slept on it. So that was the worst part and we actually left a day early because of it, I was just exhausted and ready to go home and sleep somewhere else. which is really disappointing because We drove all the way from PA. but everything else was ok. I don't think i would book here again because we both work really hard to be able to have a vacation, and i went home just drained and vacation is suppose to be a place to relax and catch up after working all year so i did struggle with that. but i do recommend the island!

Wonderful getaway
I stayed here with my 2 daughters for about a week. We were very happy with everything about the property. It was clean, well-appointed, and very quiet. My girls enjoyed the pool. The apartment had plenty of room for us and the location is fabulous. We could walk to the beach, to Dairy Queen, and to rent bikes. And many attractions (as well as necessities like the drug store and grocery store) were a short drive or bike ride away. Highly recommend.

First VRBO Experience
This was our first VRBO experience! It was fantastic. The condo was exactly as described. A perfect setup for our family. The community was very quiet. Very clean. Perfect distance from the beach and priced just right. The owners were very friendly. Definitely will return.

Perfect Getaway
We were more than pleased with the condo. Everything was neat and clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Beds were very comfy. Condo located with easy access to beach, restaurants, parks, attractions and groceries. The property around the condo was well kept and the pool was always clean. We enjoyed riding our bicycles to the beach, State Park and even took them to Cumberland Island.

Such a nice place!
The condo looks exactly as pictured. Had plenty of room. So nice and clean. Everything felt new. Plenty of blankets, towels, washcloths. Plenty of dishes and cookware. There are four beach chairs to take with you at the beach. There’s so much wildlife to view from the deck: squirrels, frogs, two owls, turtles. Easy walk to the beach. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone I know going to Amelia Island.

Cute condo
As we pulled in we were worried as the complex was a little older but the condo itself was fully updated and looked just like the pictures. It was simple and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. I have to admit I thought it was closer to the beach but you had to walk a few blocks to A1A and then cross the street so we ended up driving. But that was only a five minute drive and the beach was beautiful. Great condo especially for the price!

Relaxing weekend with my girls
The place was such a treat. The property is very quiet and relaxing. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of towels and other comforts available. The pool was enjoyed by all of us. I had my daughter and a few of her friends with me for a slumber party and all of the girls had fun swimming. I highly recommend this condo and will rent again.
