Relax in this unique and peaceful getaway.

This beautiful house is located in the Ciudad del Mar condominium in Jacó, one of the most exclusive with independent houses, 24-hour security, quiet and cozy to share with the family.

It is 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, fully equipped with high quality utensils, 2 parking spot. Its location is ideal, very close to the center of Jacó, but at the same time quiet enough to rest comfortably.

Relax with Family and Friends in the new quiet community of Ciudad Del Mar with plenty of Amenities. The home has fully stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils. Living room with smart tv. Outside terrace with table. Two story home with 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths, 2 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom.

The location is ideal. Just a few minutes walk to the ocean and downtown Jaco where you’ll find plenty of restaurants. Stores to shop, grocery stores and many Adventures: Zip lining, ATV, tours, monkey tours, crocodile tour, world class fishing and Golfing.

Home has high speed internet. Smart tv’s in every room. Workstations. The community has:

We have included some courtesy items for your first night, such as toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap and sponge, soaps in each bathroom, salt and some other things that could be useful.

We offer kitchens equipped with everything you need to enjoy your dishes as a family, either to cook or we have some private chef contacts who could pamper you in the comfort of home (*additional cost).

In addition, due to the good location of the place, it is very accessible for delivery services such as uber eats, so you can simply relax.

We would love to be part of your vacation, since our goal is to create unforgettable experiences that ensure guest satisfaction and allow us to continue growing; It is for this reason that we have been guided by some simple rules for the proper maintenance of harmony for all:

✓ Parties are not allowed, this community is a family place.
✓ Smoking is not allowed inside the house (otherwise we will proceed with the additional charge of furniture cleaning and odor removal fees, since we always try to deliver the house to our guests in the best conditions)
✓ The entry into the community of company ladies or activities related to prostitution is not allowed.
✓ Pets are not suitable for this house: we know that they are part of the family, however our home is not suitable to host them and they could be stressed, in addition, due to condominium regulations they are not allowed in common areas.
✓ The gym is for the exclusive use of resident owners.
✓ The departure is at 11 am: we ask you to please be very punctual in this, since the health and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of all the houses with each departure, in order to try to guarantee a completely clean space.
✓ Being a condominium there are some basic rules of coexistence, so a maximum of 7 people per house are allowed to enter the condominium, prior registration of the same (full name and identification number required).

Pets: We love animals! However, due to condominium regulations, only service animals are allowed. If you're traveling with a service animal, please let us know in advance and be sure to bring the proper documentation, as it will need to be presented to the security guards upon entry.

The community of Ciudad del Mar is really beautiful, however, keep in mind that being a new place, there are still constructions in progress in some parts, so it is possible that during the day you can hear sounds caused by them. Even so, the beauty of the condominium and the excellent location are superior.

Wonderful, spacious home

Very nice home with all of the amenities. The host company was fast with any response and communication. Big TV’s and good internet. Very quiet and secure neighborhood close to the best part of Playa Jaco.
