  • Casa di design in posizione eccellente in una strada tranquilla, a 450 metri dalla strada principale, a 700 dalla spiaggia o 6-8 minuti a piedi.

    Nuova costruzione con soffitti alti e una miscela eclettica di stili moderni e rustici. È sicuro e completamente climatizzato.

    Grande piscina completamente privata, accanto a una terrazza di roccia ardesia con tetto di paglia e barbecue a gas.

    La proprietà è murata ed è composta da due camere da letto, due bagni, casa principale e due appartamenti adiacenti ad efficienza con bagno privato. Una passerella interna collega gli appartamenti alla casa principale e alla piscina.

    La situazione dei letti è la seguente:
    Camera 1: 1 King
    Camera 2: 1 regina
    Soggiorno: 1 divano letto Queen
    Appartamento 1: 1 completo (doppio) e 2 gemelli
    Appartamento 2: 1 completo (doppio) e 2 gemelli

    La casa principale ha due camere da letto che si aprono sulla terrazza della piscina. La camera da letto principale ha un re e la camera da letto accanto ha un letto matrimoniale. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di smart TV a schermo piatto, bagno privato e spazio armadio con cassetta di sicurezza.

    Il soggiorno nella casa principale ha un sacco di comodi divani e salotti attorno a un'area di intrattenimento composta da una smart TV HD a schermo piatto da 48 pollici, con impianto audio abilitato Bluetooth per home theater con lettore Bluray / DVD. Due bambini possono dormire nel divano letto Queen nel soggiorno.

    La cucina principale della casa principale è grande e ben attrezzata con fornelli / forno, frullatore, cuociriso, grande forno a microonde e frigorifero. È separato dalla zona giorno da un bancone della colazione in cemento finito con seggioloni.

    Ognuno dei due appartamenti può ospitare quattro persone in un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Ogni appartamento ha una smart TV a schermo piatto HD da 40 pollici, una piccola cucina con frigorifero e forno a microonde, bagno privato e cassetta di sicurezza.

    I prezzi indicati qui sono per l'intera proprietà. La tariffa base per l'intera casa è per un massimo di 8 adulti (18+). Successivamente, verrà automaticamente aggiunto un costo aggiuntivo di $ 25 per adulto a notte più tasse e spese. I bambini non pagano questa tassa.

    Solo dal 2 maggio al 16 dicembre, la casa è configurabile per gruppi familiari (non gruppi di single) di 4 o 8 ospiti che non hanno bisogno di tutta la casa pur desiderando privacy. Gli appartamenti inutilizzati sarebbero chiusi e non affittati. Si prega di informarsi. Dal 17 dicembre al 1 maggio la proprietà viene affittata solo nel suo insieme.

Wonderful stay

We ranged in age from 13 to 75-a family group of ten. This worked perfectly for us with enough rooms and bathrooms for privacy and rest when needed. The pool was so appreciated. Such a good size that we could all fit in! We are not used to hot weather so it was a much needed cool down each day. Thank you Gabriel. Cheers, Tricia and Jerry

Internet and cable didn’t work

The two bedrooms were connected so you have to walk thru 1 to get to the other. I had to work on this trip so not having internet was not good but the manager really tried and was very nice No discount for no cable or internet.

Phenomenal Beach Home

I stayed at this property with my extended family (mom, siblings, etc.) over the week of Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time! The property was spotless, fully equipped with everything we could have needed, and close to a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. All the trips / add-ons they recommended, including airport transfer and Catamaran tour, were excellent. Would definitely visit Costa Rica and this property again!

The location was amazing, walking distance from the beach, the Main Street in Jaco where all the restaurants and super market are. I would recommend this property and management company to anyone. Gabriel answered any questions promptly, and any issues we had with the house were dealt with quickly by Jose, the manager.

The property is very close to the main strip in Jaco but just far enough to get away from it all. You will not need a car, unless you are planning on traveling outside of Jaco and that is not part of the many tour guides available. There's plenty of space to cook and entertain.

Great House

Very good house to rent, has everything you need in a house for a vacation. House is in the heart of Jaco and perfect location. Property Manager was very helpful and nice. We arrived late from the airport, he still came to meet us at the house and show us everything around the house. Also anytime i emailed him about a question he replied back asap. I will be back. I recommend anybody heading to Jaco, Costa Rica to rent this house.
