La colazione presso uno dei ristoranti del porto turistico è inclusa durante il soggiorno. (1 maggio - 14 dicembre 2019)

Dalla sua posizione collinare, la comunità di Marbella si affaccia sul resort, sulla foresta pluviale e sulla baia di Herradura. Con influenze coloniali sullo stile di vita tropicale, il design degli edifici risale alla prima storia della Costa Rica. I soffitti in legno sulle terrazze avvolgenti aggiungono un'atmosfera mediterranea agli alloggi spaziosi. Riempito dai caldi toni del legno dei mobili, le influenze tropicali continuano nella zona giorno a pianta aperta con pavimenti in piastrelle e colori tenui per un tocco ricco e sontuoso di eleganza.

La terrazza arredata e coperta, a pochi passi da una delle piscine della comunità, conduce nel giardino appartato. Arioso e luminoso, ognuna delle 3 camere da letto offre un ampio rifugio privato. Apertura sulla terrazza, la master suite comprende una vasca idromassaggio. Questa unità al piano terra presta particolare attenzione alla privacy, fornendo allo stesso tempo un facile accesso alle strutture del resort. La terrazza con i giardini paesaggistici offre tutti i vantaggi di uno stile di vita tropicale che gli adulti potrebbero desiderare.

The views were spectacular with a beautiful sunrise every morning and a view of the bay all day. The beds were comfortable and it was a bonus to have a washer and dryer. The pool was right outside our porch with an infinity edge it felt like it would go on forever. We even made a little gecko friend “Larry” who said hi every day.

Reviewer Comments: Buenos días! siempre hemos tenido una muy buena experiencia con ustedes, por lo que acudimos a ustedes cada vez que necesitamos una reserva en Los Sueños, sin embargo ésta vez si hubieron varios detalles que creo son importantes a considerar cuando uno paga por el servicio.1. paños y sábanas estaban en la lavadora y secadora al ingreso de nuestra estadía2. Estaban incompletos los paños de casa y de piscina para el número de personas que estábamos contemplados en la reserva3. Los servicios sanitarios de toda la casa estaba con un papel higiénico ya empezados y bastante gastados y sin repuestos en ningún lugar4. un baño tenía poco jabón de manos y otro sin nada del todo5. a la casa le hacen falta implementos en la cocina para uso diario como por ejemplo sartenes y cucharas pequeñas, etc6. el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento ingresaban a la casa sin mascarilla7. la falta de comunicación cuando solicitamos el late check out y nos dicen que no y luego cuando ya vamos saliendo nos informan que sí nos podemos quedar un poco más.De verdad escribo porque creo para el nivel de hospedaje que pagamos sí pasaron esas cosas que hacen bajar el nivel de calidad.

Great Time in Los Suenos

I have staying at quite a few of the condos in Marbella and they have all been wonderful. The views are amazing, the condos are spacious, well appointed they feel like you are home. The pool area is quite and very well maintained. I love to watch the Macaws from my out door patio throughout the day. Hrg also does a great job with thier welcome and add a few treats in the condo for your arrival that make it special upon your arrival. Don't hesitate, best location in Los Suenos , right by the beach club, marina, shops and restaurants.

The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. I travel a lot and it’s one of my favorite places in the world. I been to CR dozens of times and it’s my favorite place to stay. I used many companies before but since I found Harold and Ricardo at HRG they are the best by far. Thank u guys! Will be seeing u again very soon.

Beautiful view, great facility

We loved our stay at the Los Suenos resort. The amazing view from our patio was unbelieveable. The staff was fantastic to deal with. Our activities and transportation needs were never an issue. We enjoyed each of the restaurants immensely. Cant wait to come back and visit again next year.

Beautiful Condo and Location

We had a wonderful experience. The HRG team really too care of our every need. From dinner reservations, to ground transportation to golf cart rental, these folks really made things easy for us. The unit was very nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the location and comfort. Our only issue was that the third bedroom smelled slightly of mildew, but that may have been our overly sensitive noses. Great job overall.

The concierge team was amazing & planned every detail from the transfers, excursions (including deep sea fishing then had a private chef come to cook our catch for us at the suite), and were helpful with general knowledge about the area. The actual penthouse is gorgeous - very spacious, quiet, clean (maid comes every day), the best views of the entire resort and feels like you have your own private vanishing edge pool because your porch opens straight out onto the pool area. Amazing experience all around.

Gorgeous property with some minor needs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view were outstanding. The pool was incredible. The grounds and facilities are beautifully maintained (daily). The property management staff was attentive and professional. This home is a standout in general and is a great size. We did feel the home could use some updating and maintenance. For the premium price we were specifically disappointed in uncomfortable casual seating, lower end appliances, 4-5 windows and doors with blown seals (fogged) that affected views to the outside, original toilets, cracked floor tiles etc. That said, it's a gorgeous property overall and the view is unbeatable. We would likely stay again, but do think it is time for the owner to invest in the home to insure that it remains competitive with other premium properties.
