Las Brisas #9 Penthouse - Herradura/Los Suenos/Jaco

Las Brisas is an exclusive fully gated private community uniquely located less than 1.5 miles from Herradura beach. With only 9 condos in the entire complex, it is very calm and quiet, allowing you to enjoy the lush rain forest and manicured lawns. The interior was designed to inspire relaxation and tranquility - built with high quality materials and furnished from luxury retailers you will find it hard to decide if you want to go out or just stay in and enjoy the ice cold A/C!

The 3rd floor Penthouse condo (no elevator) is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom totaling about 1,200 square feet featuring high ceilings and unique touches. Upon entering the condo, the interior hallway adjoins to the living area, kitchen and dining room. The gourmet kitchen integrated with a breakfast bar is designed with all natural wood furnishings, granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. Off of the kitchen is a closet with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, large private bathroom with granite counter-tops, and imported lavatory and fixtures The master bedroom has access the the large balcony and soothing mountain views. The secondary bedroom has a built in closet and features a queen sized bed. The third bedroom also has a built in closet and features 2 single beds. There is a shared bathroom for the second and third bedrooms which also has granite counter-tops, and imported lavatory and fixtures. This condo is fully furnished from clothes hangers to a flat panel smart TV.

The grounds feature a world class landscape design that includes a deep swimming pool with sundecks, shower and bathroom facilities. The property is completely fenced in and gated and has security on rotating schedules. You have a dedicated parking space for one vehicle and the guard can direct you to other parking locations if you have additional cars or guests over to visit.

Very Enjoyable and Accessible

We stayed at multiple properties during our stay in Costa Rica. This property provided us with the the best access to activities such as the beach, tours, super market and excellent dining at Los Sueños resort. Joe, the property manager, was great to work with and very responsive to our questions. The pool and grounds were immaculate thanks to the hard work of Gerardo, the gate and grounds keeper. And if you needed help with luggage he was right there to help. The condo itself is comfortable with most of the conveniences of home. The outdoor balcony is an excellent place to sit back and relax after a busy day. The bedrooms are nice and the bathrooms large with showers easy to get into. Internet speed is excellent. A couple of things need repair such as dishwasher (not working) and washer and dryer which work, but are going out. We would have liked to have access to a BBQ grill and a smart TV so we could have streamed shows and movies in English. The upside of not having this: we read several books from the large selection available in the condo. Pura Vida!

Wonderful place and location

The condo was amazing. It was clean, bright and comfortable. The porch was one of the best features! We had coffee in the morning on it. Check in was a breeze, communication was perfect and it was overall a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend.

Birdwatcher’s Paradise

We got up early every morning so we could watch the birds wake up from the 3rd floor veranda. With coffee and binoculars we saw so many birds it rivaled our tour of Carara. Sunrise and an hour before sunset were both rich with a wide variety of birds. The accommodations were great as was Joe, the manager. The only drawback was the dishwasher and washing machine were old and on their last legs.

Condo was large and lots of very nice furnishings and a very large balcony area to enjoy the outdoors.. Joe the host was very attentive and helpful. Geraldo the gate guard was very supportive, helpful, and friendly. The condo is as advertised and very nice.

Fun experience

This property is everything it is advertised to be. Great location! Very secure! Rented a golf cart for transportation. Joe is amazing! He arranged everything for us from transportation, booking excursions and even in-house massages!!!!! Pura Vida!!!!

Great Birthday Weekend

I had a great three day beach birthday weekend at this beautiful high-end condo. Perfectly located, about 2 minutes from the marina and restaurants of Los Suenos, 4 minutes from the most upscale supermarket in Costa Rica, and 3 minutes from Herradura Beach, where there are ample parking and safe swimming. The large condo is beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and our host provided us with everything we needed for a great stay. The condo and the secure grounds were immaculate. Check-in and out was a breeze. We saw scarlet macaws and a toucan while enjoying the huge outdoor living space. I can not say enough about how perfect our stay was, Thanks Joe for your fabulous service, we can't wait to return.

Very nice place, convenient to the the beach, the store and within driving distance to many parks.

Great place, great decor with all basics supplied. Very comfortable couches, super shower, comfortable beds, and excellent air conditioning. What more could you want?
