Los Sueños Alta Vista - Ocean View - Beach Club!

Alta Vista is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom luxury condo with great amenities and an amazing ocean view. This site overlooks the Pacific Ocean, La Iguana golf course, and Los Sueños Resort. Once in Alta Vista, you may take a swim in the upscale ocean view pool, sit back and relax using the sunset bed loungers in the balcony, go sightseeing, or take a walk to the Marina Village. The spacious living areas and bedrooms can easily accommodate 8 people making this property a great place for family trips.
Other things to note
1) Only 1 rooftop covered parking spot (Other vehicles may park in the visitor's parking lot)
2) All guests must provide proof of ID’s and Passports at least 24 hours in advance before checking-in in order to allow authorization entry to the condo. (Failure to do so will result in NOT going past the gatekeepers and NOT being able to check-in).
3) Please include the car’s license plate number.
4) Guests are responsible for any damages inside or outside the apartment complex
5) No visitors are allowed without prior notice. (There is a day pass fee)
6) It is forbidden to hold private events or parties of any kind (no exceptions)
7) Please keep noise level down to an absolute minimum including TV and other sound equipment. This includes the community pool area and the Beach Club.
8) Failure to comply with these rules will result in an immediate dismissal from the apartment.
9)Please do not move furniture from its original position.

ATTENTION!!! The Beach Club is a free amenity for everyone to use and enjoy. The Access Card allows 8 people to enter the private venue. Please follow the rules and be mindful of others so that future guests can also make use of this beautiful facility. Please do not be selfish, behave in a disorderly manner, and break any rules - you can be fined up to $500 depending on the severity of your actions.

All guests will need to provide valid ID’s or Passport at least 24 hours prior arrival. If this pre-requisite is not met, it will result in you and your guests NOT being able to check in and going past the gated security checkpoint. The Administration takes security very seriously and it is important to be able to provide ID’s without exception.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas. Smoking inside the apartment will result in a $250 fine. Losing the Access Key is a $100 fine.
