La vegetazione circostante scherma la comunità dal vivace centro di Los Sueños, comodamente nelle vicinanze, raggiungendo un'atmosfera serena di lussuosa solitudine.

Gli alti soffitti a travi in legno sostengono un eclettico tema coloniale spagnolo in tutto l'arredamento ben arredato della Casa Vista Paraiso. Con attenzione al più piccolo dettaglio, l'atmosfera di raffinata vita tropicale permea gli interni spaziosi e luminosi. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in this home, great space and fantastic resort. For what we paid the pool should have been cleaned a few times a week and patio blown off. Leaves were all over the pool and patio the entire week. Maid service lay prior visit did laundry and really kept the house clean, maid this time did not do laundry and a very average job of keeping the house clean. For a high end rental I expected higher service.

We felt very safe in this gated community and were able to get to restaurants and the marina by golf cart. The house was absolutely gorgeous and had more space than we needed. The concierge service at HRG made sure we had the best tour guides (the ATV trip was the highlight of our vacation) and best recommendations for restaurants and excursions. Our concierge was available to us at all times! I could text or call her and she would respond immediately. I would recommend the house and especially HRG to anyone who wants a “once in a lifetime” experience in Costa Rica!

Our trip was anchored by a family wedding so we had 10 family members of all ages on the trip. Casa Vista Paraiso was the perfect spot. We had plenty of rooms for everyone and could have accommodated more. The shared space was plentiful and the convertible poo/ping pong table was a big hit. We hosted a wedding day brunch with 30+ attendees and had ample room to entertain. Out door space and amenities were perfect, with plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. The home itself was very clean and Tatiana, our assigned maid for the trip, took care of everything including laundry for a tribe of 10!! I highly recommend this location and rental agency. My only regret is we did not book for a longer stay. We were so impressed and are considering buying in the Los Suenos area using HRG as our agent. Don't hesitate-Costa Rica is open and fishing, dining, hiking and relaxing were great. Check out Dana Thomas at Ocean Adventures for fishing trip. Lots of sailfish and great tuna for dinner.

Beautiful home!

This is our 6th time in Costa Rica and our second time renting a house in Los Suenos. This house was magnificent. Beds very comfortable, everything very clean. Property manager always accommodating. Overall a terrific experience!!

HRG and Casa Vista Paraiso

I first need to thank Mike Hardy and his staff at HRG. What a great trip! Everything you could ever hope to have when working with a local expert was taken care of by Mike and his group. When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by a HRG staff member who gave us a tour of the house, went over our itinerary for the week and made sure the house was full of the provisions we had requested. Once the week began his staff was easily accessible by phone to make last minute changes or additions. Mike has the most professional group of people who are used to dealing with large groups of demanding patrons. Everything was taken care of from start to finish and I could not have been more please with the vacation. If you're headed to the Los Suenos area do yourself a favor and book with HRG.
