The space
A large covered terrace frames the 270 degree view that spans ocean beach to jungle valley. Enjoy your morning coffee on the elevated deck, skinny dip in privacy in the refreshing pool, prepare your meals using fresh local produce in our fully equipped kitchen. The villa features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have dedicated space for working. In total there are 3 working areas with desks. One conventional desk, one convertible stand up desk and a desk attached to the kitchen/living area.

For wifi we have a 200 mbs cable internet connection with an Eero mesh wifi system for excellent connectivity throughout the property.

The master bedroom has a dedicated bathroom with large shower and 2 sinks. The guest bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a fun bunk bed. All beds have brand new orthopedic mattresses (very firm).

The kitchen features everything you would expect in a modern home: gas range, hood vent, dishwasher and smart fridge. All cookware is in good condition and there is a large variety of cooking utensils, stainless steel bowls and tupperware.

A 5 min drive will you take you to Hermosa beach, renowned for its surfing and raw, natural beauty (caution: this beach is not recommended for swimming due to strong rips and large waves).

A 10 min drive will you to the neighboring town of Jaco where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and of course Jaco beach.
Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the gated, private grounds including the main villa, a large lookout deck, swimming pool, car port and outdoor shower. (We reserve the small garage for our car and private belongings)

We are a family of 3 from Canada. We relocated to Costa Rica but continue to work our remote jobs. Please note that is our family home, not your typical vacation rental. You'll enjoy the care and amenities and attention to detail that only come with a personal touch.
