“La struttura pur non decentrata non è esattamente in una zona comoda. Non v'è alcun appunto da muovere se non l'estrema cortesia e attenzione da parte di ognuno dei dipendenti. Ho trovato il portare un po' di frutta, un gesto semplice ma squisito.
Unico appunto è l'estrema rumorosità dell'impianto di condizionamento.”

“In our many years of travel, staying in different hotels, we have not seen as friendly or as polite or as accommodating a staff as in Como metropolitan. We really felt very special. Every staff member was [rofessional and kind. The room was comfortable and clean and well stacked with room and bath needs. Super clean and the rooftop pool and view really out of this worl. In general the views from the hotel room were fantastic. The location could not be any better. An appreciation shoutout...

The room was not ready for the check in time so we just asked them to call us or send us a mail as soon as the room was ready and they answered that it was up to us to get in touch with them to have news because the hotel hosts a lot of people and they can't call everyone.”

"I can not understand how hotels.com gave 5 stars.
the room without body lotion,
no complimentary bottles of water;
laundry service expensive and abslotely weak. I complained and nothing happeneded.
no paper notes in the room, nor a pencil just to wrtie a note.

"Appartamento spazioso e pulito . Colazione veramente minimal qualità base. Non c’è servizio colazione durante il weekend e non c’è scritto sul sito. Servizio pulizie assente la domenica. Non ci sono ristoranti nei dintorni, bisogna andare a Orchard road che dista solo 15 minuti a piedi… ma piove spesso a Singapore e la cosa potrebbe risultare poco simpatica. C’è un servizio navetta ma è attivo fino alle 19.30 , quindi nulla per la serata. Presumo ci sia di meglio in giro "
