I stay here often and it’s not cheap. I asked for a 1 pm checkout from the Night Manager, who wasn’t very useful and decided he wanted to push his authority around and even when I said to him I was a memberTFE Hotels, he wasn’t even aware of this and then decided to put a note into the system to ensure the next Manager would not be as kind.
I’m sure I won’t have anybody calling me to apologise. The room was there was so many things wrong with it. It’s a shame. Emma is no longer the manager there.
