"Was not greeted by a person at the check in desk, instead I was greeted by a screen with an agent in a call center somewhere to check in. Room was clean-ish. Refrigerator was broken. Phone in the room did not work. Shortly after arriving I got the standard “welcome…text us if you need anything” text ..."

"The property is very outdated and in much need of renovation. Doors are so old that is dirty and you can hear people while walking in hallway. Carpet is very dirty and doesn’t look like it was vacuumed or cleaned for very long times. Staff were ok and helpful."
