“Honeymoon suite has nothing special about it, deluxe room had black mold, water heaters are subpar, pool was kinda dirty, there was about 50-100 street dogs fighting and barking on the beach at 2am the night we stayed in the Honeymoon suite. Staff were great, the resort not so much. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.”

“This was a wonderful find when visiting Anda. This property was it's own little waterfront enclave with a private entrance set on a cliff above its own beach.
We had a private bungalow next to the pool, hot tub, and restaurant. The room was well laid out and impeccable. Your own private deck overlooking the water was very enjoyable.
Not a crowing rooster or barking dog to be heard, which is rare in the Philippines.
The king bed was extremely comfortable.

“the property is nice. bathroom is moldy and out dated. pool is too small for crowd of families and screaming kids. i came to relax and all i can hear are screaming kids day and nights.”

“Their listing needs clarity. The property is by the water and has a beautiful front lawn. However, the property does not have a parking space for your vehicle(s). You will have to park your vehicle (if you own one) outside the gate right by the highway on the sloping shoulder of the road.
