“The ac was not working at all”

“Our stay at The Hotel Imperia was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and made us feel very comfortable and safe. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and idea if you are in a group, you can sit together. The property also had different banquet halls which can be booked for parties or meeting. It is situated in Model Town very hip and trend food establishments and bars. Buzzing with retail shops and eateries. We loved staying there. Will visit again for sure.”

“Absolutely terrible experience at Country Inn Jalandhar I had already paid for a full day and night stay, but when I called one day in advance to request an early check-in at 12 PM instead of 2 PM, the hotel demanded an extra ₹1500. Charging guests extra for just a couple of hours despite paying for the entire booking is nothing short of greed.
