“Loud music played until 2 am and I did not sleep all night. The morning breakfast was substandard, with most food either covered or not set out prior to 7 am open. Rooms are not well kept, shower and tub felt dirty, as did bedding. Look for other, branded options when staying in Phagwara. ”

“Lovely 11 night stay. Fabulous attentive and caring staff, everyone couldn’t do enough for us. We had a tired Deluxe King suite. Bed was comfy, good shower although you had to let the water run for 5-7 mins before the hot water kicked in, TV’s were a little temperamental but the maintenance crew quick and fixed any issues. The suite was lovely, spacious, as per pictures but a little tired as peeling paint, dated furniture and amenities. The housekeeping team did a fab job and were flexible in...

“Our second time staying at this hotel and this stay exceeded our expectations. I was on a vacation to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff upgraded us to a suite, decorated my room and left us a cake. Breakfast selection is very good. We ate at the hotel for Christmas Eve buffet, which was also very good. I would definitely recommend staying here and will also come back to stay at this hotel.”
