“One staff at front desk was rude and unhelpful. I had 2 rooms booked for myself and my daughter's. She acted very suspicious, put us on separate floors and claimed she could not give us 2 keys per room. That is the first time ever i have been told something that ridiculous. I will not stay there again ”

“Beautiful studio room with separate living and sleeping areas. On the 8th floor with an awesome view of the City. Excellent breakfast, delicious lunch at Adi. The hotel itself is impeccable in every way. For the beautiful accommodations, this hotel is quite reasonably priced. I can recommend the Leela Hyderabad unconditionally. ”

“Good hotel, a bit aged but well maintained. Restaurant with good food and possibilities to have Indian, Thai and a la carte selection. The strong point of this hotel is the service, all the people working there are nice, experienced and able to help in the best way. Recommended. ”

“The spa was clean and my husband enjoyed his manicure. The pool was cold and refreshing; Visa bar was delightful and we enjoyed trying new cocktails. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. What I especially appreciated was the fact they set up towel swans and a banner on the bed for our anniversary. We also received some cake in our room to help us celebrate our anniversary. It was the little details that made it special.”

“Dishonest Staff and Poor Service: The staff are dishonest and overcharge customers to make personal profits. They frequently provide a twin bed room while charging for a single bed room. This kind of behavior is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others.”
