“Room: I don’t even think they clean good enough. Smell: Hallways and room smells like mold. AC has crazy loud noise made us no sleep at all. Staffs are very kind. Breakfast: when we went downstairs at 9AM it was almost nothing left. ”

“La struttura è "long stay" ed è anche abbastanza vecchia ma è molto conveniente e se non ti aspetti un hotel 5 stelle, andrá bene. La manager è uno spettacolo, simpatica e professionale allo stesso tempo. La camera (che comprende una cucina) era molto pulita ed il letto confortevole. Una luce non funzionava ma per me non era un problema. Ampio parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Quindi: non ti aspettare un 5 stelle perché sarebbe un errore. Ma per il prezzo va bene (anche se consiglierei un po'...

“Personale gentile e veloce. Camera in media degli standard americani (grande, letto ampio e comodo, bollitore ecc). Durante il mio soggiorno erano presenti lavori di ristrutturazione ed ampliamento che chiaramente hanno influito sulla valutazione in quanto era presente un po' di polvere e attrezzature nei corridoi. (Ma la camera era perfettamente pulita).”

“This hotel was perfect for this sole business traveler. Immaculate, spacious room and excellent common areas, including the heated indoor pool. The area around the hotel is easy to move around and includes anything one could need for shopping or dining. Staff was very welcoming and helpful as well. 10/10, will stay again and recommend. ”

I had no complaints regarding cleanliness, and I appreciated how easy it was to locate items throughout the room, which made my experience comfortable and convenient. One area for improvement would be the shower amenities. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash did not have any perforated or tactile markings to distinguish them, which can be challenging for a visually impaired guest. “Upon arrival the gentleman at the front was very kind and accommodating. It was a nice room very clean My only complaint is the night desk lady who gave my boyfriend her phone number to hang out together. Kinda disrespectful but other then that very comfy!! Thank you ”
