The dining room and sitting room are decorated very lovely in historical B&B style. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall our stay was excellent and we would highly recommend this B&B.”

“I have stayed at this hotel in the past and honestly have always enjoyed the stay. This time the room had standing water - at least six inches - in the tub. The woman at the desk - Monique - said she would have it fixed while we were out for the afternoon. I have been in town recently to help care for my brother who had triple bypass surgery. We left the hotel to go to see him and when we returned several hours later there was still standing water in the tub and the toilet would not flush....

“The room was very small and didn’t have a chair or somewhere to sit. But the shower was nice and the vanity area was large. There was a king size bed and the air conditioner worked great. It w as c inventions to Ohio State University where I went to a concert and near my friends in the area. The coffee house was convenient. I did not take advantage of the free coffee and breakfast sandwich each morning but I did have a specialty coffee that was really good.”

“The room was nice and modern and clean but they only had one elevator running when we arrived and it was running extremely slowly servicing 5 floors. It was very inconvenient as we had to wait 5-10 minutes every time we needed to use the elevator. On the 2nd day (day of checkout) BOTH elevators were out of service and we had to carry all our stuff down the stairs. “Getting to the parking lot was a bit of a challenge due to the convention center. Our GPS kept leading us to different entrances, but once we got there and familiarized ourselves with the surroundings, it turned out to be incredibly convenient and easy to access. The room was spotless, and the amenities and lobby were equally clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly.”
