A Perfect Getaway
Sunny Acres is a beautiful property. The amenities were great, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Our dogs loved the backyard. We stayed here for Penn State graduation. It's only about an hour from State College. The weather was terrible, so we plan to come back sometime in the future. There are so many outdoor activities to do near Raystown Lake. Thank you, David and Sunny!

Holiday Retreat
We had a nice and relaxing weekend at Sunny Acres! The place was clean and had some wonderful thoughtful touches to make our stay great. The pups were happy there and enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Also great communication with the owner! Thanks Dave!

Favorite VRBO!!
We visit Juniata college & this rental is so nice. It has plenty of space & rooms. It’s very clean. The home has a fenced in yard for pets and the owner is very easy to work with for anything.

We wanted to come to PA to visit family who live in Bellwood and go to Harvestfest at Delgrosso’s Amusement Park in Tipton. This James Creek house is absolutely beautiful and worked perfectly for our family. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and we could not take advantage of all that the house has to offer. Perfection
This is our second time to the Raystown Lake area, but our first at Sunny Acres. This home far exceeded our expectations. The house itself was very clean and well stocked, the owner thought of everything you could need. Our corgi LOVED the fenced in yard, while we relaxed on the comfortable deck! We highly recommend this home! Thank you Dave and Sunny!!!

Beautiful house
Located on a secluded property with room for dogs to roam. Water access was a short walk. Beautiful spacious home. Communication with owner was A+. Has everything you need. Recommendation would be an outdoor plug to charge boat, the outdoor barn plug did not work. Would highly recommend!
