“The staff was pleasant and helpful. The clerk at check-in, the housekeeper and the breakfast staff were all very nice. The elevators were plentiful and quick. Our room was comfortable but being near the elevator there were often loud voices in the hall. Another problem was a loud rhythmic noise in the A/C return air duct.”

“We took our daughters to a concert there, and while they were able to walk to the concert’s venue we stayed for the “social hour” at the dining room. They gave us carnitas tacos (because of taco Tuesday) beer and wine. My husband and I really enjoyed a couple hours talking, eating and drinking peacefully!!! We loved our stay there!!! Next morning the breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10”

“Our family loved staying at Okana. The pools were fun, the room was nice and clean and most of the food was good. A few of the staff were not very friendly or helpful but thankfully majority of the rest were. We also did not like how much noise we could hear in our room. “Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

The king suite was so spacious and comfortable and the Tellers restaurant and the Vault were both fabulous for food and drinks. Very convenient property for visiting downtown and the museums.
