“Make sure to read breakfast menu before hand before purchasing before stay, some interesting choices that may not be for everyone! The hotel was beautiful, staff was most helpful and kind. Especially the gentleman assisting with transporting the luggage from door to room! Beautiful views of the Mississippi River from the room we stayed in. Valet parking is a nice option but more expensive for larger vehicles which is unfortunate, ended up parking a block away in a garage due to this. Otherwise,...

“Parking was as advertised. But the amenities and breakfast was terrible. No lobby coffee (probably only hotel in existence) nor vending machines for basic water. Instead they force you to get coffee from the “breakfast” area for $4 each. And a small bottle of water is $6 from the little lobby market. Instead.. staff rudely say if you want complimentary coffee it’s in the room and water? Good luck. Staff were cold. Also.. the breakfast looked miserable. $16? I wouldn’t pay $5 for it. Hotel was...

“Me and my husband came for a 1 night stay, originally we had a smaller room. The hotel upgraded us on them! The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was definitely well maintained and worth the stay for Mother’s Day 😇!”

“The a/c worked fine. Early today I submitted a review. No towels in room, none at the front desk, except dirty ones which I took because I wanted a shower. Different staff excuses for no towels. The night staff man said "Housekeeping didn't show up." When I complained to the morning check out staff person, he said basically "not our fault people steel them." Will never go back there again. ”
