“There was issues with this booking as there was not adequate heating in the unit as the temperatures outside was 45 degrees and the booking unit had a locked thermostat that only read 55 degrees. I asked numerous times if the heat could be adjusted to accommodate and was not accommodate instead I was told that a refund would be issued immediately as the agent told me that the heat was broken and that my family could not stay this forcing us to scramble and try to find another place to stay.
