“Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. Pool area was very nice. The tavern had amazing food!”

“The place was perfect for what we needed. It's right next to Pepe's and Giovanni's, two of my favorite Cumberland restaurants. It was also just 22 minutes from State Park Marina. You can hear everything from every room; we all went to bed and woke up at the same time, so it didn't bother us. I also loved the AC units in each room.”

“This is an awesome house…clean, nicely furnished, well equipped, close to the marina. Coming back in September.”

“There was a leaking split and went through bathroom ceiling. They did come out to clean clogged unit. Between the drones, crazy fireworks and kids constantly running motorbikes it was a little relaxing. The cabin was nice and layout of the property was good with the game room. I felt like we were staying in a high end campground. We were thinking it would be more quiet. We had to travel a minimum of an hour to do activities and eat out.”

“Beautiful house. Everything was an extremely wonderful stay. Only note of caution if you pull a boat watch getting in the driveway motor drug a little but was able to pull across the road and raise motor and got in just fine.”

“When I arrived, a maintenance guy was blowing out the gutters with a very loud blower. I arrived about an hour after check in time, he couldn't do this sooner? My code did not work to get in the door. It was the last 4 digits of my phone number. I know i keyed it in right but when the host finally called me, she told me I must have keyed it in wrong. The worst part was all the rules that went with the place. I was constantly worried about forgetting something. Lady has more rules than Nick...
