Jamestown: The Ocean State's Perfect Getaway

Posizione favolosa Questo accogliente cottage è adatto a tutte le stagioni ed è davvero un sogno da intrattenitore. La rinnovata cucina dello chef offre tutto il necessario per divertenti avventure culinarie, se questo è il tuo punto di forza, tra cui un dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino e un angolo bar. Il piano di lavoro spazioso è l'ideale per socializzare. È dotato di una terrazza esterna privata con vasca idromassaggio, piscina e diverse aree salotto. Sarai a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi, spiagge locali, il traghetto Jamestown e altro ancora. Davvero una scoperta rara! La vasca idromassaggio non sarà disponibile a gennaio / febbraio 2019 e la piscina aprirà a metà aprile 2019. Ci dispiace per l'inconvenienza.

The Cottage offre un po 'per tutti in qualsiasi momento dell'anno. Un luogo accogliente e accogliente in cui soggiornare in città per visitare la famiglia / gli amici durante le vacanze invernali. Una volta arrivata la primavera / estate, godetevi il ponte posteriore e la piscina. Luogo ideale per piccoli gruppi in città per eventi sociali, matrimoni, ecc. Ideale per famiglie giovani con spiaggia di sabbia di Mackeral nelle vicinanze e un parco giochi modernizzato adatto ai bambini praticamente dall'altra parte della strada. Beavertail State Park (4 minuti di auto), tra gli altri, è uno dei luoghi più pittoreschi del New England. Avventurarsi a Newport appena oltre il ponte (a 5 minuti di viaggio), o prendere il traghetto e non preoccuparsi di parcheggio. 20 minuti per le spiagge di Narragansett e 10 minuti per l'affascinante Wickford Village.

Charming Jamestown Retreat: Perfect Family Stay with Exceptional Host

We had a wonderful stay at this charming rental house in Jamestown, Rhode Island, for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. As a family of five, we found the house to be perfect for our needs. Its rustic charm added a cozy, welcoming vibe, and it was equipped with all the necessities to ensure a comfortable stay.The large backyard was a highlight, offering plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house itself was well-maintained and had everything we needed to feel right at home.Most importantly, the owner, Steve, was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly accommodating, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed. Great stay!

I’m local to the area but was moving and needed a place to stay while my stuff was in transit. This was perfect for me and my daughter. Close enough to walk to downtown and the playground. But also very quiet. Also close to Newport! Recommend!

As good as it gets

We arrived to the quaint island of Jamestown with very high expectations and they were met in every way! Steve was such a large part of making our visit the best it could be; he was available to help with all of our requests, but also gave us our privacy, being the perfect host. For those that have never visited Jamestown, it is the perfect getaway for those who enjoy great food, beautiful scenery, and small town charm. We honestly did not need to leave this delightful island. Everything is within walking distance from Jamestown Cottage by the Sea: downtown, Mackerel Cove, victuals, great pizza, a breakfast cafe, the harbor, and even a florist, are all within walking distance. The cottage is spacious, clean, and beautiful, falling in line with the enchantment of Jamestown. Would we go back? As soon as possible!

Fantastic property, wonderful stay!

We had the perfect stay. The house was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with all the essentials and more. Everything was so well organized and we were never at a loss for finding anything we needed because everything was labeled so clearly. The pool, jacuzzi and fire pit were a nice addition and the house lived comfortably with multiple sitting and gathering areas. The convenience of location to the park, shops, beach and restaurants was paramount. The host was incredibly responsive to questions and worked to accommodate all our needs both before we arrived and during our stay. We look forward to coming back and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Perfect retreat

My adult children came in from all over the country for a family get together. The house was fantastic- immaculately clean, well appointed, super comfortable seating and beds. High quality towels and sheets and the host was great! Super responsive. Oh and the back yard with the pool was awesome. 10 out of ten on every aspect of the stay!

Family Vacation

Perfect location! Short walk to get breakfast or a coffee in the morning and in the evenings an even shorter walk to the ice cream shop. My kids loved it. They would walk into town to get pizza. I finally felt relaxed on a family vacation since there was plenty to do in and around Jamestown as well as Newport. The pool float that Steve bought for us was fantastic. I would float and read my book. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Holiday Cottage

This cottage was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. Even though we did not do the cooking, we certainly could have. The kitchen was nicely equipped and Steve even offered to make a special set of dishes available for us. Steve was very attentive to every detail. Check in was super easy, everything was clean, and the showers were stocked with toiletries. There is a great outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fire pit table which we did not use due to all the other activities we had planned but I would love to come back some day.

A great fall weekend stay just outside of Newport. Family of 5 slept comfortably. Very clean! It is obvious that Steve takes a lot of pride in his home. Fantastic summer week

Steve was a phenomenal host. He was attentive, flexible, helpful, and earnestly wanted our family to have a relaxing and memorable week. The property itself is well located and the pool and hot tub in the backyard were great, especially with kids. Fantastic Wedding Weekend Stay in Jamestown

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this fantastic cottage. Stephen was a great host and we really appreciated his communication and advice. We had everything we needed there, along with detailed directions and guest book. We could walk to other locations including the playground and great coffee shop. I highly recommend this wonderful home.
