Resort a Jamestown

“Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. In addition, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast as part of the stay. However, no hot breakfast was available during my stay.
