“What a wonderful stay we had at the Heart of Jamestown! From the moment we arrived, we were graciously greeted by our friendly host Connie, who provided so much helpful guidance and suggestions about the house and surrounding area. And the accommodations were amazing! Clean and spacious, with a lovely coastal vibe - and we were unexpectedly upgraded to the apartment, which was such a nice gesture! Connie provides for all of your needs for a relaxing and enjoyable time, including a bottle of wine...

“Staff was very helpful and courteous. The night clerk even brought me a pot of hot tea! Amazing service. However there was an issue in the morning, as the maid knocked on my door 3 times starting probably at 9, for some unknown reason when I was just trying to sleep... My check out time was 12, and I checked in late... I do not know what was wrong with her, I even asked the staff on her, 4 star hotel, and something this ridiculous happens ..”
