“I was very disappointed that my room was not ready upon arrival. It was 3:15 and we needed to get in the room to get dressed for somewhere we needed to be. We went across the street to a restaurant & had a drink while we waited. It was definitely not part of the plan and we were very rushed once let in the room. Our room was by the ice machine and I heard someone getting ice at 3:00 am. Normally, ice machines are in a separate room with a door. Breakfast was great! Lots of options. Loved the...
