“El hotel huele mucho a cigarro y a orines, se escucha mucho ruido de afuera y no te dejan dormir, las instalaciones se ve que no les dan mantenimiento”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“Started off with only two towels, which were dirty. Had no shampoo or body wash and had to ask 3 times for staff to bring us some. My room card stopped working and had to go up and down the stairs for the front desk to fix 4 times! The shower is like showering under a fire hose. The smell from the sink smell like sewage. They serve breakfast but cold potatoes, mini sausages, cold cereal and yogurt is a small area so people had to shuffle around to get any. Terrible place. Will not stay here...
