“Great place. Breakfast was nice and room service was always available. It was also pretty walkable to a bunch of restaurants nearby. We moved from a 5-star hotel to this hotel (which is 4 stars) and had a much better time here”

It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired.
I appreciate her concern and thanked her.
That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room.”
