In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise.- The villa features a spacious living room with open kitchen.- Up to 9 available bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, spacious wardrobes and a full bathroom en suite.- You also have access to a room with sports equipment, a table tennis table and a pool table.- Outside there is a volleyball court.- You can also make use of the available washing and drying machine plus an ironing board and iron.- There is ample parking space on site.- Reservations only after indication of travel company and owner's approval.- Stay min. 7 nights- Max 18 persons plus max 1 child under 2 years.- Check-in from 4 p.m. - Check-out on departure day until 11 a.m.- Interim cleaning obligatory after more than 7 days' stay.Incl. water and electricity consumption (electricity max. 60kWh per day based on 4 bedrooms and 15kWh extra per extra bedroom. Above that will be charged to you.We will take meter readings with you when you arrive. On the day of departure, we take the readings again.It is advisable to take photos of the meter readings on arrival and departure together with the caretaker.
