“Soap / Body Wash in Shower was Empty. Corners on floor at bath tub full of dirt and looks to have been there a long time. TV had no directions on how to find channels or how to operate. Breakfast Plate that held serving tongs had 4 or more long dark hairs on it .”

“My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room.
