“We ended up at the flagship after a different hotel we were at had mold covered bathrooms. We were skeptical but pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly, the view was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, and the location is easy to find and surrounded by a lot of stores and restaurants. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but there are freshly baked chocolate chip cookies put out every evening that are delicious!”

“The toilets are so short like toddler height. It made it very uncomfortable to use them. I'm 5'8 and my knees were up to my chest. I have a really bad back inside a walker so it was very hard getting down and up from the toilet.”

“I can't recommend this property. Check in took over an hour, because the staff was far too new and not properly trained. Double charged for the room. Property is obviously at the close of life for the owner. Not up to normal Quality Inn standards. The parking is HORRENDOUS. It is not well-laid out and the access is difficult - even a Smart Car would have difficulty getting in and out of the spaces. “Pros: Large room. Clean hotel. Convenient location & friendly staff with easy check-in/out. Pet friendly for my dog. Cons: Bed pillows were "meh". The sofa (sleeper?) was not very comfortable to sit on. All in all, though, a good option for staying on Bainbridge. I will likely be back.”
